Hi guys I have a couple of information. The chief is Maciej Kaminski, risk Payment and fraud analyst is Rossana Reyes. You can find them on LinkedIN if you type in Google: elite24bet LinkedIn. I have a contact to the domain owner: info@domain-contact.org. The company (elite24bet) have a cooperation with this firm: EveryMatrix Software Limited. I think EveryMatrix handled the pay outs but this is not for sure. Try to reach them all, get back our money.

So, I filled that Madre complaint also. I also pointed out to MGA that elite24bet betting is closed.

Have they been contacting you actively via email or chat too? Could you ask a bit from them about the duration of this "update" and could they perhaps share information to all bettors out there?

Hey matti95, chat doesn't work for me and they emailed me yesterday and today and nothing else, the funds that they promised will arrive this afternoon never came and I used your link to report them. I still haven't receive a response after they said that they are waiting on an employee to get back to work and send the funds to my Neteller account, I'll keep you updated if there is anything new.

It is a bit strange that they are asking for your neteller address. I have many pending withdrawal attempts, oldetst is bank transfer, 1 month old. they said to me in december that it will be processed when the payment team returns from holidays... After that i tried neteller and visa transfer too. Trustly gives some error so it is out of count for me.

Oh wow, 1 month?? This is definitely a scam then, I have it on pending as well, gets canceled from time to time for some reason... I agree it's strange that they ask for my neteller account email... I guess we all got scammed

I had older withdrawals too, but they asked me to cancel them and try other methods. I know this is not a good sign, but I did that anyway. They sent me money twice during september and november. 30th of november i tried a third withdrawal and then the problems began.

Does anybody here know what is MGAs responsibility for these frauds/wrongdoings? They demand good economic status from the bookmaker as well as keeping players funds and companys money separate. So do they have some responsibility to help players get funds back? any experience?

The girl no longer works there and unfortunately she could not give any further contact details. The person she worked with is no longer there either. I am waiting for answer from the CEO if still the same.

You should've asked her if there was a word around that the casino will be closed and that's the reason why she doesn't work there anymore

Guys you won't believe but I received my withdrawal (200 EUR). Not complete the happiness because stucked in another 234 EUR which is not credited won bets.
