Exact same story here. In the past made multiple big withdrawals without any issues. Now have been waiting for $7000 for over 3 months. I see the same texts written by the VIP manager that I received as well. First some check with provider, then Crypto fluctuations etc etc. Would get 10% of my withdrawal "as gesture of good will" by 30th of september if they couldn’t fix it. Today again they asked for 48 more hours and that "good things are on the way". If I can file a complaint I would be happy to do it. Ofcourse I hope for a good outcome, but lets see. Did you get the same message today, noviesol?

My withdrawal request was from end of June. Obviously they have huge trouble with the payouts and from what I read it is probably more than 70K. What’s your plan if they don’t come with a resolution at all? I don’t think they will fix it the next 24 hours. After all their "hard work the past 3 months" and all the other BS they tell me my patience has come to and end to be honest.

If they don’t pay out, I won’t back down easily. My plan is to file a lawsuit with a group of others facing the same issue. I will also report the theft to the police. At least then I can say I’ve tried everything to get my money back.


But hopefully all of this isn’t needed and we get payout soon

I am sorry that you have found yourself in this situation as well.

Unfortunately, from our previous experiences, the casino was not willing to communicate with our team to try to solve this kind of issue. But, of course, feel free to file a complaint here, and our team will try their best to get a resolution to it.

They promised 10% after 30 September. But I guess it was a lie. They didn’t explain why 5%. I, also see they give everyone the same nonsense

Oh, no wonder the casino is currently almost at the bottom. I hope this conversation keeps other players from making the same mistake, even though I know it probably will not matter much for those who have already suffered these unnerving consequences. This casino needs to be avoided at all costs.

I am sorry for everyone who had to discover this the hard way.

I believe in second chances and to make things right. However, currently I don’t think giving everyone 5% of their withdrawal while promising 10% is a good way to make things right. I saw Katarina was in talks with a casino representative. Hopefully, she can find a way to resolve it.
