Why I can’t reach the casino, no reply in live chat for one week and no reply on emails for one week… I still can’t launch games as I always enter them in fun mode. I tryed to withdraw then, as I can’t play I wanted my deposit back. Request also pending since 5 days…

If the casino is not responding at all in this case, I would recommend to wait a little bit, but if the problem persists, I would file a complaint, since you have no information from the casino as to why you are having such problems. I would like to point out that we give the casino 14 days to resolve the withdrawal issue.

Desafortunadamente, nadie responde desde el casino, ni por correo electrónico ni por soporte en vivo.

I deposited 20€ but it's impossible to enter any game. It just opens in FUN mode and there is no way to switch it. They've also not responded at all to my withdrawal request. It's just pending since August 25th.


Seems to be totally abandonded and should be marked as such.

Hi, as far as the withdrawal is concerned, we give casinos 14 days to process this request. But the question is, did the casino also indicate why the withdrawal is still pending ? 

As for the fact that you can't play any game except in fun mode, that's strange. Did you ask the casino what the problem is in this case if you only enter the fun mode each time ?

They don't answer, as "CasinoDino" has described above. The live chat has a standard message like "We'll get back to here or via e-mail", but nothing happens, no matter how long you wait. As I said, it's completely abandoned.

As far as the withdrawal is concerned, as long as nothing moves forward and you don't know anything new after mentioned 14 days, I would recommend filing a complaint.

Tengo el mismo problema que onecash, depositado hace más de 3 semanas, todos los juegos sólo están disponibles en "modo divertido". El pago no se ha procesado durante 2 semanas.

Hola Jaro, sí, estoy verificado y ya he realizado retiros, el Casino IGU simplemente está muerto, no ha sucedido nada allí desde al menos el 18 de agosto de 2023. No se puede jugar, no hay soporte por correo electrónico, no hay soporte por chat, ¡sin tema! Y, por supuesto, sin pago durante 3 semanas.
