Clearly I understand, if such low limits don't suit you then there's nothing to blame. I'd feel the same way about it, so if you get all the money, then you can look around for a decent casino for yourself. 

Hopefully you'll find one that suits you better. 🙂

I will tell you what is happening .. but now I respect every person & try to solve every problem In piace. So now beginning 2 help me to solve withdrawal off 4000€ .I geth 400€ instant from verification now my 3600€ left

In casino 1200 € pending for 2 day & 2400 € in balance i can't ask for withdrawal because off system not letting you to add rest.. As per their rules on site you cann withdraw 1200€ pro day or 20000€ pro mounts. So for several email I geth the schedule howe casino will will pay out rest off money . So now 400€ on 14.10 then 400€ , 17.10 & 400€ 22.10 then i cann add new 1200€ to wait & will bee still 1200€ balance. Now I think the only buy time so you gamble the rest .. so pls cann you speak to them to stick to their rule whit pay out system. Ty best regards

Hello, I see that the casino gave you withdrawals by increments, which doesn't surprise me, but I wouldn't be excited if they have some kind of daily limit written on the page either. 

Anyway, I would try to wait for the first one to come to you as they wrote and everything will be fine. As long as the casino pays you, it should be fine, but as I said, I understand that it's not the best way to go if they have something written in the Terms and Conditions. Did you ask them why they can't give you €1200 at a time but they split it? 

Of course, when you get the money, let me know, even if the casino doesn't deliver what they promised. 

In that case we would try to help.

What is your copied post from me supposed to mean? Do you also have something to say about the casino or some similar experience you are dealing with?

Suits them better? You mean like a casino that will pay out a win instead of just stalling and cancelling until the wins are played back to the casino??? I think the rating for this casino is wrong. It should be blacklisted for this garbage.

Over 2 weeks, no explanation. They just have a generic chatbot response. And judging by other reviews etc that I’ve read of them, it’s nothing new. It is their MO.

To allow a rating of 9.2, which in turn will lead people to deposit into this casino is very irresponsible. This casino will not pay out winnings. I’ve read close to 100 people saying this very thing about this casino.

I saw that the casino wrote off your complaint and therefore you should be in line. I don't understand the time-based withdrawal cancellation and that you have to make another one and the same thing happens again, but I hope it can be resolved as the casino doesn't have a single unresolved complaint yet. Follow their instructions and if it fails again our team will try to help you as before.

They owe me 1000cad. I make a withdrawal, and it goes to ‘pending’. After 2 days they cancel the withdrawal because it apparently "times out"


so you keep doing this over and over again, and that’s it. It just goes around and around again. It’s been over 2 weeks and about 5 or 6 cancellations. HORRIBLE etchics. And I can see that there are literally more than 100 of the exact thing that has happened to other people.


the question is, WHY DOES CG HAVE THEM RATED SO HIGH?

Ya naw, they already have cancelled since. They just figure they have staved off casino guru and can continue down the same path. I’m sure they’ve made a ton of money from people getting frustrated, and lose any hope, so they just play it all back to them. I think this is pretty gross business practice.

realistically, casino guru should be ‘all hands on deck’ to make sure these types of scams are stopped.

I wouldn't say that, I see the players again, whether with us or in the complaints, and the casino has always tried to help. I definitely always recommend not to do anything with the money, especially if they have a complaint filed somewhere, because in general it happens a lot of times that the players wait two days and lose their money. I don't think 2 days wait is a disaster but that was just an example. Clarification came to the complaint and when they cancel the withdrawal, our team will ask what is going on and especially why they are doing it. You, of course, try to cooperate and I firmly believe that you will see your money. 

I understand that two weeks is a long time and it would be for me too, but sometimes the circumstances are such that you can't do much about it and you just have to be patient.

But this is simply not true, I’ve played at several casinos, and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen this. Also, GIGADAT never has a problem like this as all the casinos use it. No. This is a loophole that this particular casino has found to ‘stall’ the payment process.


Also, Saturday was 2 weeks. This is going on 2.5 weeks!

Just wait on your payment and never play with any Altacore casino again. ( wish I had taken this advise but I gave in and played off my balance)

All Altacore casinos have the same MO. Low withdrawal amounts, pay first withdrawal relatively quickly, stall on any other payment by cancellation.

Btw I also have had many cancelled withdrawals requests through Gigadat that were not fulfilled. It certainly wasn’t on Gigidats end it was IWild.

What IWild does to those trying to withdraw winnings is disgraceful behaviour.

What I find is worse is Casino Guru pretending they are unaware of the almost criminal actions of this casino group.

"Well we use many metrics for their ratings and they respond to complaints and people eventually get their money". Bla bla bla what a joke.

Affiliate income is all CG really cares about.

Sadly enough, what you think is that the only thing we are interested in is affiliate fees. We wouldn't be helping players if that was the case and we wouldn't be trying to do anything but give every casino a high rating. 

Maybe it's not important to you, but the fact that the casino is trying to resolve everything and address complaints is a pretty serious thing. There are casinos that don't communicate at all and don't care what happens to their players. This is quite significant and as long as the casino tries to solve all the issues it is only a good sign. I'm not saying it's the best when a player has to wait 2.5 weeks and that's long enough even in my opinion, but it's better when they calm the player down and try to give an explanation. 

When the player eventually gets the money, he can decide for himself if he will continue to play here, even though I guess I know what the decision will be.
