Please can someone at Guru explain why Iwild is being promoted excessively with such poor history with customers. They are first in suggested casinos which is why I signed up with them. I regret it immensely.

I decided to part ways with IWild yesterday. Played off my $1500 balance. I couldn’t take the bs and lies. Consequently I started up an account with GetSlots yesterday. Played. Won. Verified and was paid out in less than 24 hours. Good riddance to IWild.

Why do you think it is promoted excessively? It is among the recommended casinos because it has a high safety index, and these are the casinos that show up first. I have read the reviews extensively and written my own.

The excessive promotion is shown by its prominence for suggested casinos. The high safety index is somewhat a useless metric and very weak in my opinion.

There is an overwhelming negative experience shown through bad reviews on Guru and others. The majority are withdrawal and bonus policy.

My major issues were with withdrawing. I had a fully verified account and they kept cancelling my withdrawals over and over. The daily and monthly withdrawal limits are patently false so that kills one of Gurus positives for this site.

When withdrawals were cancelled you’d be contacted by KYC@IWild who look after withdrawals and you’d be told to recreate your withdrawals. Exact wording is "please recreate your withdrawal request and they will pass successfully" which they didn’t.

Also I like many other players have dealt with their deceitful bonus practices (Complaints Files here and at AskGamblers). Once bonus is fulfilled and withdraw-able if you do not actively withdraw and keep playing any accrued winning are canceled. Even though you are playing with your own withdraw able money they will cancel winnings. This goes against Fair Gambling Codex.

Overall, in my opinion, IWild is a throwback early online casinos that would rather try to swindle you out of money that earn it through ethical practices. Just an overall terrible experience for me.

As for your problem with the withdrawal, I understand that you're probably upset. I would be too. If your situation lasted longer why didn't you try to file a complaint? I think our team would have at least tried to help you with your situation. Did the casino also give a reason why withdrawals were always approved but eventually turned out not to be ?  

Regarding the withdrawal limits on our site, if you find that something is not up-to-date, you can point us to the feature at the bottom of the page - in the casino overview - and we will try to fix it. 

Following on from the bonus you mention, you should always read the Terms and Conditions that apply to it carefully to avoid similar inconveniences. It is always the player's choice to take the bonus or not. 

However, despite all these problems, I hope that you will have a better experience in the future and you won't come across a casino that will give you a headache.

I guess Casino Guru is still not getting it. You guys are failing the people that trust you for honest reviews. There is yet another bonus complaint : https://casino.guru/iwild-casino-player-s-winnings-have-been-reduced-by against IWild.

All complaints are based on players achieving play through and having funds released to withdrawable balance but being held to bonus max limit win if they don’t withdraw. Players see that converted winning are theirs and play only to see later that IWild is capping their wins with max win rules a second time.

This behaviour is preditory on the part of IWild. They are scamming their customers.

Im not going to stop commenting on this until you address this issues with this company. I already cancelled my account due to this issue and deceitful withdrawal practices.

This is truly an unfavorable situation, yet you failed to mention that the complaint has just begun. You know it is too early for us to penalize the casino in the middle of the complaint process.

First, we investigate, and if something unfair has been done the punishment comes soon, but not before each complaint is closed.

You know, it is easy to say the rating does not fit because you know more than we do. As we keep repeating, no complaint submitted means no black points for the casinos.

Let’s focus on what I said then Radka. Btw this is a forum and if you do not understand what a forum is you should not be replying to posters. I will write about Altacore NV casinos dirty laundry anytime I can because Guru is promoting this nasty group of casinos as trustworthy.

Im complaining on forum in leu of making a complaint because there is no point. I’m done with Altacore NV casinos and I want to make other players aware of their preditory Terms and conditions.

The complaint process is unproductive to say the least when you are looking to make Gurus reviews honest.

For example if I complain that payment is slow and not per terms and conditions the only thing that is followed up is eventual payment to the customer. Casino Guru does not change what the Daily limits are for payments on the review page when it is obvious across all Altacore NV casinos their policy is to stall payments as long as possible and make the max payout of 400€ per day regardless of each Individual casinos daily limits. The poor soles that win a large amount of money are in for a shock when they try to withdraw. Lol.

When it comes to the bonus structure there should be a warning at all Altacore NV casinos that if you do not withdraw your full balance at the time of bonus fulfillment you will have additional winnings deleted. There are many complaints in regards to this across Altacore NV casinos yet there are no warnings except on Dozenspins.

As for contacting the "data team" what would I send to them ? Guru has all the info they need in their complaint system but have made no wholesome changes to the Guru Review pages for the Altacore Casinos.

If I send in proof of delayed payments will the daily withdrawal limit change on review page?

If I send proof that that they claw back wins a second time after bonus fulfillment will you put a warning?

I call bullshit because there are active and resolved complaints regarding these issues and no changes have been made.

hello i want a help with my withdraw at iwild casino.. generally seems nice place. i already verified my account with success and im trying to do a withdraw 250 euros.. i used a bank card this summer for a deposit and yesterday i did an deposit with my new card(the previous is inactive due to someone tried to steal me soooo the bank gave me a new card... i sent them a photo which proves that im the owner to the old card and to the new but didnt process my withdraw.. generally is a legit casino with very good games.. but i feel sad for my problem also i send them an e statement but they asked me to be no older than 3 months.. i asked to my bank for the last one but they told me that the last one is that i sent them already

Hello, it is correct if you sent them a document about your new card because you would have to verify it anyway. 

However, as for your withdrawal, how long has it been since you could not withdraw ? 

Regarding the bank statement, if you send them the most recent one, what is the problem ? Because according to what you say it is not older than 3 months.

i downloaded from my e baking and it is older than 3 months.. unfortunately i called my bank and they told me that the last e statement isnt available yet at my e banking for download. and i have to go to a phisical store to take it . again i dont have any problem with this casino.. i really like it . they've got a lot of games and as i can see a lot of players took their withdraws with success. but im very tired with this situation. i veriefed my profile with success and to be honest the verification was very very quick!my current card is verified but they want to sent them a proof that my old card is inactive! lol

If it is necessary to go to the bank and get the documents you need from there, I think it should not be a problem.
