i have had withdrawals rejected ten times now and they will only allow you to withdraw with mastercard everytime i call them they say they are having trouble with payment provider on their side, this has been going on two weeks now has anyone else had this trouble? do they legally have to transfer it another way?

Hi, I see you've been waiting for two weeks, so I'll start by saying that I think you've done a good job opening a complaint

I noticed that the casino says you can only withdraw one way. You don't have an alternative other than the mastercard ? I understand that the payment provider may have some problems and therefore the withdrawal may be delayed, but it should be sorted out in reasonable amount of time I would say. 

So, our team will try to help you, although I would like to believe that you will get your money before we intervene.

Anyway, for now we will have to wait and hopefully you will see your funds.

I played with casino and won 200 euro. Expected withdrawal within 36 hours inwhich they used my card to withdraw 200 euros which was declined by the bank. I received email saying due to a technical issue i should withdraw the 200 euros again which i did. I spoke to someone via chat about them trying to make a payment using my card details and was told it may look like it on my end. No one has my card details its a new account with no money in yet. What advice can you give please

Hey, so if I got it right the casino told you that someone tried to make a withdrawal with your card and it wasn't you ? Didn't you try to ask if you had an alternative way to make a withdrawal other than using your card ?

Hi i have since tryed to withdraw twice on first time it was rejected due to technical issue and second it was accepted then rejected. I was notified by my bank both times that a payment had been declinedfileyes a payment. I dont see why my bank would refuse money coming into my account. I since just played all my winnings in frustration but contacted lucky barry to refund my deposits they refusedfile

Just to say i won 200 euros. The same amount attempted to come out of my bank because i tried to withdraw twice the exact time my withdrawal was due notified by my bank straight away. This they said on both times was due to technical issues

Well, it's truly unfortunate that you lost the money.

Not much to do about it, I fear. Anyway, If got it correctly, your bank declined both transactions. If this is really the case, I believe the casino has little motivation to refund your deposits. Especially if you managed to lose it all in less then two days. Maybe I do not understand the whole story so, feel free to correct me.

I would certainly think twice whether I have gambling under control though. The frustration is usualy a warnig sign.
