Hola Melissa, es un asco este casino te lo digo por experiencia, a veces los retiros toman no más de 1 hora pero yo ya llevo 3 retiros que tardan más de 9 días. Actualmente estoy esperando uno que lleva 8 días, no les des un centavo a estas personas su único interés es robar tu dinero.

I have only ever done this withdrawal from Lukki, it started off as pending then received an email this morning saying it’s been processed.

Not sure how long it takes for me to receive it into my account as there is still nothing.

Hello,

getting a little nervous. I have made many withdrawals from this casino before and usually without any delay (bank transfer being a max of 3 days) but I am currently on day 7 with no sight of my withdrawal. It has been approved on their end but I have emailed my personal bank and they have confidently confirmed there are no pending deposits on any of my accounts from this casino. What can I do in this instance? I have spoken to the support team with the same generic wait response. I was upgraded to vip and to my understanding this meant faster withdrawals? Yet this is the longest I have ever had to wait and now I’m nervous it’s in limbo somewhere
