That's how the chat says "I'm not involved" 🙁. That's unpleasant but quite common, on the other hand. The chat operators are not usually capable of answering such a concrete question because they do not participate in the KYC process. Which makes the communication pointless - I know it sucks!

If you ask me - I'd say, it would be so much easier for the casino operators to say: "Hey, we're quite busy at the moment, short on staff due to several vacations. I'm sorry, the verification is delayed, but we do our best to catch up."

At least the player doesn't feel like being fooled completely. Just my personal opinion though. I would not be delighted to hear that more than once I guess. 🤔

I think you're quite familiar with the complaint feature, don't hesitate to submit another one once you feel it's the right time.

Well I received the Mail yesterday late evening 2200 hours that my account is verified and withdrawal is reactivated. I saw this in the early morning and immediately did a withdrawal via sepa bank transfer Iban my 1200 and now its pending since 5 in the morning.. I hope the money reaches my bank account fast...here the screenshot file

I contacted the live chat like you advised me and they told me the withdrawal is approved from your finance department and was sent to the payment provider within the last 24 hours or something like that but I didn't understand the payment system how it exactly works because as i said status is since three days processing on my withdrawal.. now was the withdrawal sent to the Iban I provided when I did the withdrawal or not and when ... I'm a little bit confused about the payment process or system.. now 8 days are over since I'm trying to get my money and still didnt receive the withdrawal...i think it shouldn't take that long.. thank you morespin for your understanding and support in advance.. I hope I will receive the money today so I can be pleased and satisfied..

i wonder if the casino itself went threw kyc process for them cheap license ?i quess they did not put they oppose it on players when payout and not deposit.what a corrupt rule to benefiet the casinos.as you see they are not here to protect you but themself.

hi,yes i did that ,i asked to be verified at registering but some casinos says it is not possible and some do it but when you withdraw the ask for additional verification lol.i really think this verification process is implented to frustrate players so casinos dont have to pay winnings .if i deposit from an european banc acount and trust me there is no way you can fraude with a european acount because there are very strict regulations here to prevent or minimize fraud .as the netherlands is regulated now the casinos have taken over this trick too .it really impossible when you have a verified banc acount in the netherlands to fraud since you provide your BSN number (taxes)i had 200 casino acounts and maybe 100 of them did kyc for no reason .i dont say it is not necessry but it must be done in a more easy and comfortable way .let say i withdraw 1000€ first time the casino should pay the winning and freeze acount for further play until verification is done .what casinos are doing now is blackmail the player no documents no money .that is criminal .casino can ask also every withdrawal one document at one time with max 1 hour timeframe for checks .dont tell me that looking into 3 documents will take 3 days that is criminal.these days we have facetime,skype whatsup it takes one minute to confirm if player he is what he claim to be .this bs cost me thousands of euros because i just played my winnings away .trust me AI the casinos are using they know exact the gamblers behavior and mindstate .overal i find this kyc criminal as player the casino is taking your freedom .it is a created stigma that gamblers are frauding .the biggest frauds are the casinos and goverments itself .

Just so you know this casino does look sketchy or at least some things are not done with it.


They have again a new owner Momo Entertainment BV, this is like the 4th rename of this casino owner which is highly suspicious as it is unlikely that a casino switch that many times from owner in such short time.


@Radka, I think that your colleagues handling the correct info section will be busy with every time a new owner for this casino.

Is a common play by rogue casinos, they do all they can to delay as long as possible hoping you to bet again and lose the funds.


If there is a KYC pending it would explain it but if simply nothing happens it is likely that you deal with a rogue casino.

I'm used with their practice thats why I always autoexclude untill I get my funds. KYC is not pending, they just evade answers. Not sure how they got so many positive reviews here.

See my reviuw here about morspin i was the first one got scammed with kyc .we all should stand together and ignore all casinos wich withold the winnings and block the withdrawals due verification crap.themself have no license ir whatfor ever reason they dont get it but popose this crap on players to frustrate them and play it away .i lost ten of thousands with this delay tactics.this week i deposited in a casino within 24 hours i was verified and the winnings in my acount banctransfer .the casino take your withdrawal and put it in pending so you cant play it away .this kind of casinos we should play and ignore the other !

Gladly, you submitted the complaint! A wise step to take, if I may say.

I'm not convinced all casinos are the same, and all casinos use KYC as a delay tactic, so thanks for the information you had passed that already.

On the other hand, I'm strongly convinced that by ignoring players or failing to provide honest information regarding delayed payment, those casinos bring this idea upon themself quite easily. 🙁

Hopefully, they will pull themselves together and provide the payment soon!

I'm not sure why the complaint and my review is still pending on this website. Been a couple of days now and users might keep getting scammed and thinking that their website is legitimate.
