I believe I filed a complaint or I may have this casino mixed up with another I filed a complaint on. But none the matter, it looks real shady for redemption.


Has anybody here received a payout yet? And if so, are they legit? Fraudsters are notorious for creating fake accounts and more than likely using people's personal info they obtained when we sign up or bought via dark web.


But honestly, I try and stay optimistic in situations like this because the negative energy these individuals exude can consume you and that's not good for anyone.

But if anything changes I will pass on the information asap

I thought I remembered someone receiving a payout from them....How long did it take for withdrawal after verification? It's been months now and I'm still waiting

The only complaint you have open is against a casino other than this one, so if you are still having problems it might be a good idea to open one. 

As far as someone got paid, we can see in this thread where most of the players have a problem with verification, so I think that says it all. 

However, it's definitely good if you're trying to be optimistic because so far it's one of the few things left. I want to believe very strongly that everything will get sorted out and you will get your money. When you have something new, don't hesitate to update me.

UPDATE...I sent 2nd email request yesterday to be verified and I was verified as of this am. I had 100 ready to be withdrawn from 200 free spins welcome. They asked for the 10.00 deposit and after I made deposit I was able to request 100 withdraw and it was received in about 20-30 min.....They have instant cash out same as limitless yabby etc. So hopefully this is a good sign for others

Well, that's great and I'm glad you managed to get your money. You also got it pretty quickly if you say it only took 30 minutes. What method did you use to withdraw ? 🤔

Ok that's weird, they never asked for a deposit nor was it in their T&C's.


Limitless, Casino Extreme, Yabby and Brango casinos have never asked for a deposit for withdrawal. I've withdrew from all those casinos except Yabby in which I'm still waiting. So idk where this info is coming from on your end.

Sometimes situations can be different and casinos may not want the same thing from every player. Usually this deposit is made for verification. 

However, in your case we will have to wait and see how everything develops.

same for me as far as never needing deposit from the other 3. although this website is same set up as yabb and limitless once i made deposit I had access to the withdrawal section cashed out like the others bitcoin and then played my deposit. didnt win on that but was happy to have received the hundo

I think that if it was necessary, the casino would definitely ask you to do that, so I would wait and maybe you will have to do that too. 

Anyway, no update on your situation yet ?

First I sent 2nd email to banking@pacificspins.com and in the subject line "MoneyMaker413 2nd request for verification" Then in the body put I really would like to take advantage of some of your current deposit offers but still waiting on verification....It was done the next day. When I logged on I was no longer blocked from the withdraw section. In the T&C they have this listed under 6.2.i

Upon requesting a withdrawal from a non-deposit bonus, a verification deposit is required, if the customer hasn't made a prior deposit.

They stole my deposit no trace of it and now I have to play though a 900 hundred dollar deposi? No contact info no word of where my deposit is.

They never mentioned a deposit required from me and if it's in their T&C's now then they recently added it. They were fairly new when I played and it was my first time playing with bonus balance and I made it with way more than enough.


They pocketed the excess and left $50 that was withdrawable after verifying my documents that I sent in several times. Of course they claimed they never received my documents or they said I didn't send in all of them.

I guess I can't read properly according to them because I sent in every single document required they asked for. At one point I sent in even more so it was impossible not to verify my identity.


I believe they are a scam, however one person did claim to have been paid out. But, many have not. For all we know, that person could be a mole that claimed payout.

file not sure what this means but I never received anything they don't have a withdrawal address to send anything its really weird.

Not a mole and casino guru i am sure can verify that for you. In fact they have my permission to do so. I have cashed out several times and even had to wait til midnight the following day because only 1 cash out allowed per day. So far my experience has been positive. They are definitely connected with limitless because only took about a week for me to not be offered any bonuses which limitless started beginning of the month. Brango, yabby, limitless, and Pacific offer me nothing due to cash to bonus ratio they say. I only played the no rules promo anyway. I really hope it does work out.

Thx for speaking up and out. My intentions with that statement were not intentionally to offend you. If I did, you have my sincerest apology. I was rather hinting at the idea of said casino planting a mole to cover their tracks.


I am glad you received your payout on several occasions, As I mentioned before I have yet to receive my small payout of only $50 which has firmly positioned my decision that they are scamming more than paying. Although I seriously don't see why they would jeopardize their reputation in such a timely fashion especially over payouts of a measly $50.


I cannot deny or confirm they are associated with limitless casino. I have cashed out from yabby, casino extreme, limitless and Brango. Imo If they were associated with limitless my withdrawal would've been here ages ago.


But, I have not cross-referenced the two as of yet. If you have more evidence to prove this I would gladly take a look.

So what happens here is that they take whatever excess you have over the $50 withdrawalable bonus after you have successfully completed your playthrough.


So it appears you had $512.77 upon completing your playthrough. So they voided the excess of $462.77 and left you with max bonus withdrawalable of $50. So you should $50 in your ending real balance that you can request withdrawal fir.


If you have not KYC'd they will ask for documents upon withdrawal request.
