On 4 September I received a mail from parimatch that my money will be credited back within 24 hour's after I filled all required question. I filled all required question but today 7 September but my money is not credited plz you should contact parimatch and tell them about My problem.

I deposited 3000 on 4th sep via paytm which is there automatic mode in which u get directly into the app which u choose the money got successfully transferred and when I contacted there customer executive wait for 5-7 days it will get refunded I waited for 7 days then they asked me again wait until 19th sep it will get refunded it is now 20th and now they r saying me that u have probably sent it on wrong merchant when u r automatically getting into app without copy paste any UPI how it is possible i have sent on wrong UPI they r just doing fraud with their customers they r cheaters i request uh kindly contact parimatch and settle my dispute asap

Hi, I've heard what your problem is and I'm quite surprised that if it redirected you automatically when you paid to the casino, they told you that you had to wait quite a long time just to find out that you sent it somewhere wrong. They didn't tell you anything else or recommend what you should do ? Did you also check that you entered everything correctly ? Did you also send the casino a transaction ID to see if they could verify it ?

The way I understand your message, we are "fake" because we tried to help you out. Well, as being said in the complaint, the casino still has time to respond, so I suggest you calm down. Are you by any means able to force the casino representative to respond right away?
I'd say it would be best to put strong emotions aside and focus on the basic fact that the complaint has not ended yet.
"We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating."
I hope your matter will be resolved, though we are not responsible for any failure.

This is the biggest pain in a** online casino
deposited 30k via neft on 11th oct 2024 provided all
screenshots,
bank statement,
letter from my bank that amount is credited to payee
screenshot from their bank account where the amount is clearly visible
400 email exchanged
100 chats
but the worst part is they are not ready to budge either they dont understand that neft transactions have 16 digit alphanumeric transaction number or they dont want to give my money back
they just keep asking for 12 digit utr -- which is impossible to be given in neft transaction
sick and tired of chasing them day and night
mind you that i am a vip customer with a loss of more than 20 lacs with them still they have made me beg / plead for 30k and yet to give

My question to you is, if you had or have this problem, why did you stop responding to the complaint? We have tried to help you but if you give up, then it is not possible. Wouldn't you like to reopen complaint so that our team can take a further look and try to do something about it?

It seems we will all keep struggling and parimatch will keep all such unaccounted money.
it is very clear that they dony have intent to pay
if so many people are complaining there is no way they are genuine
parimatch casino should be outrightly boycotted -- v shud try and spread as much word as possible
i am sure there would be many who do not report such cases
we all anyways lose so much money gambling and top of that so much goes because of malpractices of online casinos such as batery / parimatch and others
has anyone ever thought -- that there is no limit to deposit but there is a limit of 2 lacs or so on withdrawals in 24 hours why?
if our deposit is stuck we have to provide thousand evidences but if their withdrawal is stuck they will not share any evidences
the moment you win big money your withdrawals will always get stuck and the money will be returned to gaming account and you will end up losing all your winnings
