This casino treats loyal players disgustingly. Have a VIP program that they only move U up when they want and your never even flagged as a VIP. I always had to email for my monthly bonuses. So this month I rmay asking to get my bonuses a day earlier as my dad died and I'm going make a withdrawal this time to help with funeral costs I tell them this and they cancel my account. The reason they closed my account isn't right and shouldn't result in my account being closed they just do whatever they want to make money. They cancelled it the day before I was due to be paid bonuses which was entitled to withdrawal and when I told them this because I usually just play the bonus money the closed my account permanently
