Great news to share about this casino.


They got a penalty of €6.794.000 from the Dutch Gambling Authority since they operate illegal in The Netherlands. I really hope this amount get doubled sooner or later so this casino can be shut down. Several Dutch players have been duped by this casino in the past and if they refuse a refund for their mistakes going bankrupt is also a great solution.

I tried to call them ,no success, I've tried to email them from another email address.No success!

They counted me like a persona non grata because I've reported them to KSA AUTHORITY.

They started from the beginning that players from Netherlands are accepted and they can play safely.

I've asked them about licence and they told me ,yes,we are in the process to obtain the licence to operate in Netherlands.

I have all emails and correspondence with them.

Scammers!

They where using payments providers that where not legitimate in Netherlands!

WESTCASINO was trying to avoid paying taxes and give explanations to addiction authority from Netherlands.

I think 6 Million euro fine is very Small.

I hope they get 100 millions

I can absolutely understand your frustration, because according to the information posted here by Youssf, it was obviously not as the casino said in the past. However, it is at least a small satisfaction when the truth comes out and the casino now gets fined. I'm not sure if it could get as high as you write, but I think those who made the decision knew what they were doing.

There is nothing to do but to avoid this casino if it involves players from the Netherlands and stay with one where similar problems have not occurred. I'm sorry you had to deal with such a situation and I hope there won't be any more like it in the future.

The casino needs you to prove you played with your own funds. I bet this is the problem you need to solve.

Played here last year, skrill and crypto withdrawals take about a week to get completed. They are enforcing KYC in your case, which is normal, this casino enforces KYC upon the very first withdrawal if I remember correctly, verifications takes around 5 working days, I remember that correctly, in my case I only had to provide my ID, proof of address and the proof of payment if I remember only required a screenshot from the wallet I used to deposit.

Due to the amount you got in your account they had to enforce a proof of funds, which is also normal in specific cases (when withdrawals or deposits are too high compared to your average transactions), you can explain them your situation, not everyone has a salary, I consider giving them a bank statement with the required period to be enough as long as it shows the deposit you made to the casino (or a related transaction), which deposit method you used? If you used a card then this is easy to spot in your bank statement, if you used an e-wallet, you probably had to deposit first on said wallet and this transaction is visible in your bank statement.

Definitely not having a salary complicates the case, but explain thoroughly how you got the funds you deposited and you should be okay, also have in mind there is a max withdrawal amount and they will probably pay you in installments when your account gets verified

You must be careful,this casino got fined by KSA AUTHORITY from Netherlands with more than 6 million euros for illegally activity! I hope they will not freeze you're account like they did with mine 2 years ago! Success

Sometimes the casino doesn't require verification for lower withdrawals, sometimes it does. Sometimes it is on the first withdrawal and sometimes when the casino decides it is necessary to do it.

Yes, you still have to verify your account, you will be asked to provide your ID, proof of address and a payment verification (a screenshot of the transaction you made from your crypto wallet), at least when I played here I was required to share these documents to complete verification (I also used crypto to deposit and withdraw). Both verification and withdrawals take about a week to be completed
