I am very well aware of the cases; the casino group management obviously has no issues with many things and we are trying to solve them "peacefully", keeping the open complaints in mind.

I'm 58 days now, and in my complaint casino guru mentioned 2 months is not an extreme delay.

Sorry i will say that here but was necessary to open and another complaint to solve this (if ever solved).


This casino has a 9.4 before some days here and also Ybets use the CasinoGuru Trusted logo in their site. You can go in my complaint to check how many days i try to get my money.


Ybets just make the same loop of the 7 days and nothing happened to them (Immerion too)

Well, it is unusual for me. I have been gambling online for 6+ years and this is the first time I ever experience something like this. But as I read in the comments above me, I'm not the only one that's experiencing this at this casino. Other players have also stated their withdrawal got canceled and the game provider is reviewing their activity. I just hope my winnings will eventually be paid out, and this isn't some scam.

You are right. There have really been many players, but from our experience, the casino always pays at the end if all the checks are alright and no violation is detected.

And this website is giving them a 9.1 rating.


Come on. This casino needs to start paying people or they should be blacklisted. Thats pretty cut and dry situations here.


I just got the message "we arent paying you for minimum 14 days as play is being sent to providers"


Total bs lies they are using to rip people off.

Yeah i won at 27 of April, but you can see my open complaint.


I open complaint at another site that rate them as 5. Because over there they push them and they don't have 7 days just to make cycles. Today after 2 months they open again my withdraws for second time. Let's see if finally receive my money.

What I also noted is that on ybets1.io, VPN usage is allowed. When I created an account I noticed some slots were region locked so I couldn't play them. I contacted support and they confirmed I was allowed to use a VPN. However, when I look at the terms and conditions of ybets.net, I read VPN usage is not allowed. What's up with this? They're both seemingly the same casino / a mirror of eachother but with different terms and conditions?

Just make sure you keep a screenshot of this kind of message in case you need it later.

I am not sure why it is different when it comes to this kind of rule, to tell you the truth. 🤔 I will try to dig up some information, though.

Hello,

let me update you on the most recent group call we had to reflect on the ongoing situation.

First of all, the casino is going to lose its Fair Badge today (or at least that's the plan). Safety Index will be lowered manually and the casino management receives a final ultimatum. If I get that correctly, we demand every open case delayed by the casino to be resolved in the next 7 days; if that fails, all those cases will be closed as "Against Fair Gambling."

Not sure that will improve chances for resolving other complaints much.

Same for Immerion Casino since it is the same management.

I can only agree and I'm glad the Complaint Team members decided to stop playing it nice. Let's hope the casino/casinos management finally realizes how badly they've harmed their credibility and that it was never about shutting Casino Guru's mouth or avoiding prompt responses but rather about constantly losing players' trust.

After all these discussions you didn't remove points from their trust level, you didn;t remove the logo of the fair casino. YOU ALSO RAISE THE TRUST LEVEL HERE.

Hello, I do not want to oppose you, but we did. I personally checked that last Thursday, for example. The badge disappeared, and the Safety Index dropped.

However, this morning, Romi found out that for some reason the changes has wanished, she reported that and now it is fixed:

As far as I can conclude, it was sort of a technical problem, because both aspects were changed manually, which is very rare. Perhaps someone just did that wrong because it was indeed an unusual task. I can only imagine that it was quite a shock, and I sincerely apologize that it occurred under such extreme circumstances.

I checked the complaint section; the situation remains unchanged: all complaints have been resolved, which means that players were eventually paid.

As you probably know by now, the delay is usually the most tragic part, though it varies. It is truly unnerving practice, and I believe the next few days will show whether and how the casino responded to the ultimatum we mentioned in the complaints.

I still hope for a positive response.
