you should also contact and make an official complaint with the costa rican gaming comission, it also may help, but not sure how much or how long it would take

Zeus Glory... the best business move you can make after all the discussions on here tonight is put a email through to lucas and the financial department and make sure that transfer is paid to me on monday, and I receive it on Monday (which of course i will update on here that you have paid me, when you finally do. (which I've told you can be done and also another player of yours from the UK has said you did it for him using the international bank transfer details....

So no more of that rubbish about having to call the pope first, wait for proof of aliens to exist and wait for halleys comet to visit us again in 2061 before someone in a little office can spend 5 minutes typing my bank details into a computer to pay me..... I look forward to your financial department using the prority payment status that I'm told I've got to pay me on monday...... update from me to follow if Zeus Glory pays me on monday or not......

So first of all I would ask Wasim to not mislead anyone, Because for Wasim's withdrawal the only thing he provided was Credit card details and withdrawal was done to your Credit card Directly. You never provided any Bank details. Please Confirm that this was the case.


As for everything else as we have told you Sausages12, our team will do their best to complete your withdrawal as soon as possible.

i dont mind at all, this is wonderful to hear! yes this is very true, try to do as much research as possible, take information from as many trusted sources as possible, then you can make more informed choices when it comes to chosing a place to gamble at. but i just want to say, i think you and your entire team are doing a great job here and i have a lot of respect for the work you put in to this site.

So do I, the sooner I get my withdrawal the sooner I won't need to be doing my daily updates on here regarding Zeus Glory giving me my money.

There is absolutely no reason my withdrawal can not be processed tomorrow morning and in my bank account by the afternoon. Every other overseas casino process the SEPA payment and it always goes in the bank within an 1 hour or 2. I know that as a fact as ive used them myself... but let's wait for my update tomorrow....... hopefully with no more excuses.

Anyone who has made a succesful withdrawal can I ask how long it took from pending to clear . Also my id etc were verified pretty quickly but my payment verification has been sitting for 3 weeks now so am concerned my withdrawal will be rejected.

I agree it's good to be familiar with the rules, but I also recommend reading this thread. It shows a bit of a different picture. Perhaps the casino representative will address your issue here on the forum too.

Three weeks is far too much, if you ask me, and you seem not to be the only one having issues. 🙁
