They do wire transfers! They voided $2500 dollars from my account, but they successfully transferred $120 dollars to my bank in Canada obviously after I opened a complaint in Casino Guru they sent the $120 quickly by wire transfer…

Why did they void $2500? Was it winnings?

Long story short, they are crooks Lol! It was from winning 3 big tournaments of $1k each and then they said I broke the rules however those were hidden rules and that’s what they said I broke…

I suggest you to open a complaint here at casino guru they will help, they are awesome that way … they helped me so far, my complaint has a resolution from casino guru and they are on my favour just waiting now for the casino to honour the recommendation from casino guru or fail at it…

Oh, I remember your case, we discussed it multiple times. I think Andrej described it there very precisely. The main concern is that even though you played in free tournaments, you used real money in order to buy stuff during the tournament and in order to reach a better position in the tournament. But as it turned out, you had no real chance to win in the tournament according to the casino's terms and conditions.

Obviously, if you knew that, you wouldn't spend the money on it.

Absolutely! I remember reading the T&C (first part) and didn’t say anything about having to deposit in between tournaments so I was using the same money I was winning from previous tournaments to keep playing the next one but I have proven that in several times I did deposit before a tournament especially before winning one of 1k on Feb 5th at 7:55pm and they voided that one too!! So later on I reviewed again all of the rules and I find that they mention the "broken" rule only on the second part of the T&C named "casino rules" so I was sooo frustrated because, you are absolutely right if I knew I would never have done what I did of playing and investing in consecutive tournaments knowing I’m breaking the rules!! just doesn’t make any sense to do do that, does it?…

Would be good if the casino approached this issue from your perspective as well.

As the second step, they should really work on all the associated rules 👌

No worries I have hundreds and hundreds and many ways to show you how they cheat as far as paying you your one of the very few who can cash out but I pretty much know all there tricks first of all their software has been manipulated and tampered with it is 100% the same game or software that the manufacturer came out with if you were lucky enough to cash out then what I will show you is how many winning spins they paid you zero on so in essence they owe you a lot more then what you withdrew for and all these places are going to the bootleg copies of software going around and I mean I’ve yet to find an honest legitimate online casino they all are doing things and we are all getting robbed there’s no other way to say it I wish it wasn’t true but it is .
