good evening I want to express my complaint to this company I have made a withdrawal from 5/5/2022 and today we have 12/5/2022 270 and 237 euros they told me in 5 working days will come in 6 have passed and still have not I talk daily in the live chat and every day I was told that they will come in the next day and still nothing please help me,I have done the KYC identification and it has been accepted normally and they also sent me an email

There are quite some casinos called "Vulkan ..." so I just want to be sure.

I can imagine that you feel stressed, but please be patient. I'd wait at least for Mondy, so it's 7 working days straight. If you pass the KYC, I believe it'll be ok.

This is a recent complaint closed as resolved, the player from Portugal got the winnings, however she also stated that:

"So the problem was solved. I'm just sorry that they didn't do this sooner, because I talked daily through the chat with you talking about this delay and you just asked me to wait."

It took over two weeks I beleive.

are big scammers my friend this company has passed 6 working days and still nothing! every day in my chat they say the same things and the same things will come in today, all lies will come in tomorrow! You can't really expect to have money in your account within a few hours. It's possible with some payment methods, but it's definitely not something that would be common.

Of course, if you don't like the withdrawal speed, you can play elsewhere, but it's currently important to be patient, not losing the money you won a completing your withdrawal.

Try to be patient.

I'd ask the casino for the recommended payment method and place the withdrawal accordingly.

Every time you cancel your withdrawal you only prolong the payout. Keep that in mind, please.

If you think you need some help, you can submit a complaint, but it will take some time as well.
