Hello I am looking for some help because I have withdrawn 500 euros from casino to Binance.
After this transaction, they blocked the possibility of withdrawing funds. And they're conducting some kind of investigation. This has been going on for 30 days. from 08/05/2024.
I don't care about the impudence of these bastards. It's hard to drink. Previously, I used the account for over half a year. verified. There were no problems before.

Hello, I would like to know how to help you, but unfortunately I have never used this method. Is this your first problem with this method? As for the investigation, I don't think you have heard from them yet. Have you tried contacting them, how long do you have to wait? It would be best if you could get to a player with similar experience or, of course, support, who should answer your questions and tell you what your situation is.

These people are impudent. they keep the money for 6 weeks and repeat one text that the investigation is ongoing and there is nothing more they can say. and of course I agreed to it by accepting the regulations

I see that nothing has moved forward, which is really quite disappointing. 6 weeks of investigation is not a short time and it would probably be good to know why it has to take so long and what is going on. Without a concrete answer from them, we will not know any more and, although I hate to say it, the only thing to do is wait.

After about 7 weeks I received a list of questions. I answered most of them. For each of these funds, whoever is the contractor, I sent proof of payment from the bookmaker for this amount. \
I was asked for a bank statement. So I provided proof of receiving remuneration from my employer.
Unfortunately, they asked me for the history of my bank account, which records all card purchases, family transfers, holiday payments, the stores I use, when and where I refuel my car, where I eat, where I sleep and where I move.
I didn't agree to the whole thing.
Nothing has changed since then, they are still investigating and can't say anything.

In 3 days it will be two months since they started investigating one payment from a bookmaker.
The only help available is chat. If you want to file a complaint against an employee from the live chat, you must submit it to the employee.
You can't call or send an email. write a letter.
and all I did was deposit about 40 euros on Binance, transfer from Binance to everygame.com, then transfer $500 from everygame to Binance. and they have been investigating it for 2 months, and everything is shrouded in greater mystery than the actions of the CIA
