Play N Go - Fake games or not?

Hello,

I play at Rabidi N.V. Casinos, Neon54.com and Fezbet.com and I wonder about the games from Play N Go, what I like most.

The games has horrible much "server connection lost" issues while playing.

But there are also other issues: When playing "Legacy of Dead", "Book of Dead" or "Scroll of Dead", symbols of the slots are missing. Only the 3 symbols in each row, that will be placed finally are shown, as you can see in the following screenshots.

This issue occurs since weeks. The operator support speaks about a "bug", but I do not understand - if it is a bug - why noone repairs the games after so long time.

Also very funny: When I play the game "Book of Dead", the golden Book is missing. Instead of the book, the "Legacy" Symbol is shown (see screenshot).

I already have sent a message to Play n Go, but do not think that they will respond to me. So what do you think - are these games original ones, or fake/copy games?

Hi, I tried to play the games in Neon54 and Fezbet. It's quite interesting that I couldn't find any of the games in Fezbet (seems like they're disabled), but I was able to play them in Neon54 without any issues.

Regarding the issues with server connections - I can advise you to try playing on a different internet connection just to see if the issue persist and should you also try to play on another device if you have that option. This way, you'll be able to figure out if the issue is on your or casino's side.

In the meanwhile I found out that the Play N Go Games are loaded from the domain *.gameproxyfin.com and not from the official source *.playngonetwork.com.

I asked people, working within this industry, they confirmed that it looks like that they use Fake-Games. What can I do in case a casino cheated me with serving fake games?

I agree it is suspicious. You know what? I would at first confront - ask - the casino. Then I would take the reply and screenshots or any other supporting pieces of proof and send it all to our Data Team:

data@casino.guru or namely: jozef@casino.guru

If you were put at a disadvantage by playing such games, it should also be worth a complaint.

You can't 100% go by the endpoint as depending on where the casinos hold their licenses, the providers will have different servers. I have never heard of the casinos you mentioned but it is definitely not unheard of that shady casinos have used providers that have copied well know providers like Play N Go. If a casino is using these providers, I would not play there, since these are used to cheat players as they always run on extremely low RTPs

I would not say the server's destination has anything to do with the casino's license. On the other hand, fake servers are used for hosting fake games - they may look the same but are not identical, the server location - the URL shown while you play is a good thing to check. I would compare it with the official one accessible through demo mode usually available on the game provider's website.

How does that sound?

Well, I dont think that a regular player should be responsible to check the URL of the games, offered on any casino. This requires technical skills, and in addition this can only be checked via Desktop computer.

I know that Casino.Guru is a big affiliate for Online Casinos.

I have sent evidence to Rabidi VIP manager, he was laughing about it. I have sent a message to support. And to complaints address. No response since weeks. They dont care. A serious Casino would react.

What I do not understand is: You got the information that there are fake games at Rabidi Casinos, and these are still online on your website with good ratings. Like the Fez Bet Casino - Rating: Over 9 out of 10. https://casinoguru-en.com/fezbet-casino-review

This should be changed, you should warn possible customers. Because thats the way how people inform theirself when choosing a new casino: They do not check the URL of the offered games, but they search for ratings like on your website. Please: Have a deeper look into this and adjust your ratings for Rabidi Casinos, place a warning on this sites. Affiliate money is ok, when its earned with honest ratings and from honest casino operators. There are many other casinos where Casino Guru can earn money from forwarding new customers.

I dont think that Play N Go and Novomatic/Greentube share the same domain *.gameproxyfin.com for their services. Of course these are copies and fake games. I really wonder that no one cares about that. The rating of Rabidi Casinos is still pretty good on this Website.

I understand your point, but this is the forum. This is not the place responsible for adjusting ratings. I asked you to send proof to our Data Team, there is nothing more I can do.

Despite what you might think, we do not change the safety index solely based on forum posts. I do not know whether those games are faked, it is not even my place to decide.

I would also say checking the URL is just a basic step to do. But I guess it is about the approach and skills.

If you believe the casino is cheating, or acting unfairly, submit a complaint, please.

This is just a place for discussion.

To ensure your information has its value, I reminded the Data Team about that.

Hello,

looks like that the Rabidi N.V. Casinos lost their Antillephone license. On all the Rabidi N.V. Casino websites, where I searched now, the license informations are disappeared and on the Antillephone validator the information appears that the checked URLs do not hold an active license.

Can you please check and also update this information on your Casino profiles from that Company?

They operate now without any license!

Hello there.

I believe I already informed the Data Team about this situation in the past, yet a reminder won't hurt.

Thank you very much for getting to us!

Estas versiones suelen ser modificadas para que sean más favorables al casino, por ejemplo, reduciendo las probabilidades de ganar.

I cant wait to see any response from you. Or change in listing of Rabidi Casinos with their Fake Games.

Exactly. Operators also use them, because they pay less GGR than to the original game vendors. When a operator makes use of fake games, it is a fraudulent behaviour.

Hello, sometimes it may look like games are rigged, but without proof, well - not much anyone can do.

This is a forum, a place where we discuss, To prove unfairness, however, I suggest submitting a complaint to a concrete casino or reaching out to our Data Team.

So, can you prove that? Because if you are convinced you can, the option is here, available 24/7:

Here it comes, though I'm sure you'll be disappointed.

I'm also sure you know we do not jump to any conclusions here. To change the safety index or to add a warning, proof is needed.

I hope you find interesting that we reached out to many Rabidi N.V. casinos to discuss their licensing status - solely based on your updates.

Have you perhaps noticed that many casinos licensed in Curacao have just recently lost their status? It is due to a new Curacao gambling law. Have you heard?

https://casino.guru/news/gambling-industry/curacao-restarts-license-application-as-it-expects-reregulation-3448

"In light of the anticipated changes, Curacao has restarted the process of license application from gambling companies through the Gaming Control Board which will now once again process requests from gambling operators to receive the licensees necessary to operate globally. This comes after a short hiatus and anticipation of new regulatory rules."
