Well unless your owed money, I'd rather you didn't. They owe me 14k so far and don't want them being closed down before I see what I Won on live casino. I've been hit with the, your balance suddenly increased BS investigation with game partner crap -they say not to worry and even rang me to tell me. But can take up to 30 days apparently "but usually much quicker"
I've never heard anything like it, balance suddenly increased lol its called hitting a good run!
Anyway wish me luck. It was all on big name games live dealers . I took no deposit bonuses or any of that nonsense, I'm fully verified etc...
Simply want what I won even if I must subject to the painfully Low multiple withdrawals.

The investigation will take ages mate don't panic. Was it you I saw on another review site that was quoted article 10.8 in their terms and conditions. ? ... they've actually deleted that article now.
I'm using their email customer support to question their illegal activity and if they get a question they don't like they deflect and just answer randomly totally going off key quoting their ts and Cs haha. They reckon to be have been In business since 1st January 2017 there's no trace of them before April 2024 on any search engines.

Yes it was haha, I was up to 7k at the time of that review.. they've moved the rule to 12.7, to be fair they do state they can change them at any time, the terms.
I've had something more of a human response from them explaining they're now waiting on a particular game provider to confirm the winnings are all just ( i have no idea how anyone could diddle live dealer crazy time)! Its a rediculous unnecessary check. The investigation will then be lifted from the account once they hear back that all is OK.
It's 100% just a tactic to get players who have "increased their balance" to quickly to lose it again. However. I won't bite.
I feel reading other reviews that I might be fine. Just annoying as anything waiting! Then the cap on withdrawals.

What I find funny is the reason they gave " sudden increase in balance" has anybody told them how a casino works lol..
I wouldn't pay attention to their Ts and Cs mate there are so many discrepancies on there it's funny. For example they state they've been operating since 1st January 2017. If you read the " About Us' section it says they've been known on the industry for a decade. You don't have to be Einstein to work out the issue there lol. The truth is they've only been in operation 4 months since April 2024. If you check on any search engine there's no trace of them before that. I confronted them about that and they just said forget any information that's not on our site it's faulty information.
I said but why are you contradicting your own terms and conditions on another part of your site. I'm still waiting for an answer on that one. Haha

I've been using this site for a couple of months and have had no problem with withdrawal. You have to have a Mastercard which you can obtain online. Had my £340 out of £400 within 24hrs. I find the staff professional and helpful. Will let you know if anything changes. Also I was able to verify with my provisional license so bit concerned why they don't allow a full driving license for verification.
