Intenté retirar 280 € por primera vez.

a los 2 días me llego el correo diciendo retiro cancelado y me devolvieron el dinero, lo intenté nuevamente el 31 de mayo, en el historial aparece pagado pero no llegaron, envío un correo, me responden que los retiros del día 31 fueron cancelado. Qué puedo hacer ?
