I won €28000 on this casino and sent in all the paperwork requested and was sent €1000. The VIP manger kept said my money was say that there was a technical glitch I explained to him the I was housebound and wheelchair bound but I never got my money please people stay away from this site they are the biggest scam going and don’t trust a word Joel says

hi, they have suggested bank transfer

so this is what i have done now. I have no crypto acc, and to be honest i am not setting up one. I have played in other casinos and there was never problem. This is the first time casino has so many issues. I don’t find this as a positive experience. I mean they are trying trick me into spending the money that they r returning, but i am not tempted as even if I would win big they would not pay me this. I need my winning to be transferred to me before I consider depositing more money to them. Hopefully bank transfer will go this week.

I think it is important to find a working payment option and also to find yourself a more reliable casino.
