No me verifiacan mi cuenta

Buenas noches, llevo más de 5 meses tratando de verificar mi cuenta y no me la han verificado me solicitan cédula y selfie y nunca me aprueban la verificación que puedo hacer ?

Hello, could I know what casino this is about please? 5 months is quite a long time and I don't know what could be behind the fact that you are still not verified. Is the ID the only thing that is causing the problem? Also, did the casino tell you what specific things you should do to be approved?

Hola el casino es Rushbeth de Colombia, me solicitan realizar la verificación con mi documento la intento realizar se despliega la cámara tomo foto de la cédula y selfie pero nunca pasa la validación. Ya les escribí varias veces para enviar las fotos por correo y me indican que no es posible que la verificación solo se puede hacer por el sistema de validación que ellos manejan y aparte solo me dejan retirar los fondos y mi cuenta queda inactiva y eso fue por una gran ganancia después de una apuesta.
