Hello,

ive got a problem with betvili.

I requested my first withdraw almost 14 days ago and still on pending status.

the chat was telling me that because it was my first withdraw that was the procedure etc etc.

before few days chat stopped answer to me(neither email) without any reason.

before two days I cancelled my withdraw and then I re-did it again.

same shit,nobody answers me on chat and my withdraw it’s still on pending status status.

the amount I requested is 300 euro.

I got all of my files approved @KYC verification.

what I’m supposed to do now?

That's interesting. I'd expect that the KYC verification is the reason why it takes so much time, but since you say you're already verified, then this isn't the case.

The casino has been established last year so it's still a new casino. Anyway, can you try to send them an email? I also suggest you - don't cancel your withdrawal, just leave it as it is, because it's possible that you got again to "the end of the queue" by canceling the withdrawal and requesting it again. If they don't answer within a week, I'd probably submit a complaint here https://casino.guru/complaints so we can try to help you with it.

I won’t re cancel it again,but what’s going on..

ive send them countless messages via chat and I’ve sent them 3 emails before 4 days ago.

nobody answered me a thing,not even through chat.

why is that happens?

they stopped answer me suddenly with no reason at all.

It's hard to say what's going on. As I said, give them a week and then you should probably submit the complaint. I tried to contact them on the chat and they didn't reply to me as well.

their last reply to me on chat was exactly seven days ago.

since then I ve started more than 10 conversations and no one of them got answered by anyone,except the bot.

I also tried to contact them through email and still no answer,almost four days.

I have no idea what’s going on

It actually happens that when you have too high volume of contacts in the casino and you're not able to handle them, you disable the live chats so the customer support agents can focus on emails from the customers. This might be the case there as well.

Is this casino closed? I have quite a lot of money stuck on that site and the pages don't work and I can't send emails.


Any tips on how to proceed with this?
