If you played with a bonus, then it's pretty normal the max. bet is often around 3-5€. Did you take a bonus in the casino?

They gave me a money bonus cuz i had a birthday.. I had 2.800€ wager from
70€.. but i did 3.000€.. and then i started to play normal and big bets…
so we are talking about 16.000€ that is a lot of money… they did this only because they dont want to pay all the winnings.. First time i made cash out on casinochan was the same thing.. but there was 2.500€ only… can I do at least something to get just some of fair played money

if you completed the wagering before you started with the higher bets it should be ok, but it would be much better if you stopped playing the moment you fulfilled the wagering and place a withdrawal request to ensure the bonus ends plus the casino could check your balance. To me, it seems that you placed an over max bet during the bonus, however.
It would be good to know the exact wagering requirement for the particular bonus you accepted.
