No the issue is still not resolved. They are still requesting me to send them Bitcoin information. Now they're telling me the wire transfer is not possible Right now. First it was a check now the wire transfer so they just keep beating around the bush and they're refusing to pay out. They still insist that only $109 not the full $900

The casino has just contacted me again three times in the last 10 minutes and tells me to send them my Bitcoin information wallet so that they can pay me out otherwise they're going to keep my money. This is absolutely ridiculous now they are flat out refusing to pay me anything unless I send them Bitcoin information. The first was a check check was denied then I was approved for the wire transfer now here I am several weeks later and all of a sudden it's no longer able to send me a wire transfer. This is a bunch of crock. I am sick and tired of this casino and I want my money just so that I can be done with all of it and I never will play with them again. Can you please help me get my $900 usd. They have the information to mail me a check they have the information to send me in wire transfer direct to my bank account. They have my email address and could send me an electronic transfer but I'm not getting anywhere with them at all

In your post, which you have now deleted, you wrote that you were not able to submit a complaint, and then you've done it. That was what I meant—that it has been solved.😉

May I ask what is the reason they gave you for not paying the full amount, though?

Okay, now I understand. It is the maximum withdrawal you are able to get. Sorry, I missed it before, the information regarding the $109. So, there is no possibility you could get the whole amount. I hope you can understand that. It is stated in their terms.

They are asking me for Bitcoin I don't do Bitcoin I don't do bitcoin. I had a friend do a deposit for me for one time Bitcoin deposit so so that I at least had a deposit on the account so that I could withdraw the money. The maximum amount that I should be getting is $900 not 109 they keep telling me that the maximum is only 109. I'm not getting anywhere with anyone. I am owed $900 USD

First they tell me they can't send me a check then they tell me they cannot send my wire transfer and then at the same time that they're telling me they can't send the they take $791 out of my withdrawal request. After I had already been approved for the wire transfer and for $900 usd. This casino is nothing but a joke and I just got screwed over now I'm not going to get anything because I'm not getting any help with it

Most certainly please take care of this. All they want to do is collect a Bitcoin information and only pay $109. Like I said the original withdrawal was long before when they are stating it was. It would have been that November beginning December
