Oki Niisokowa (Niitsitapi for Hello my family)

I hope and pray that message/question finds you the reader in good health & Great Spirits.

So online casinos have their terms and conditions to play their games. We are giving them OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, many are in foreign countries, hacking is a world wide problem, emails that show MY PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS are sent out. In canada, release of PRIVATE emails was enough to close down a greatly used and needed health nonprofit, as well as shine light on government security of tax information. The nonprofit had to pay out $1.2m for the release of information, an online casino did that and got away with it. The government agency was hacked and millions, including me are now part of a class action.

So these casinos ask for MY/OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT any transparency. RED FLAGS FLY & RED LIGHTS BLIND & RED FLARES SHINE.

We as customers should have our own TERMS & CONDITIONS: (MYOPI: MY, YOUR & OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION) here is a few just a thought, like the commandments they can be changed to suit indivdual needs = hehehe kidding)

  1. The physical address of where MYOPI is stored.
  2. The name & physical address of Security company in charge protecting MYOPI
  3. Monthly Security reports posted on website and easily accessible to inform about security breaches and irregular use of MYOPI, to also include ACTIONS TAKEN
  4. The type of software that stores MYOPI
  5. A list of individuals who have direct contact of MYOPI, as well as when & why
  6. A list of the buyers (if any) of MYOPI and reason for sale
  7. A list of names & addresses of:

Casino owners,

Key Person,

MYO Representative on the International

Association of Gaming Regulators

Gambling Commission which licensed the casino,

Casino Board of Directors

Each in one way have a DUTY TO PROTECT MYOPI

Online casinos hold a gun to our head just to have fun and play slots. They take our information and fail to inform us IN DETAIL of which security company & program is used to protect, where and who is involved in MYOPI protection.

They take my/our/your money almost as fast as the speed of light, BUT at times takes up to 5 days to payout, weekends NO ONE WORKS.

One country who licences online casinos was recently in the news because of corruption ... imagine how many individuals had their personal information stolen, shared, or sold. Many of these online casinos make so much money from us either by gaming or the unknown sale of MYOPI. If they are sold why don't we get a share?

I do not write this out of anger or spite, hell i love to play slots, but i am sadly realizing that there could be others in the world who claim to be me. In all honesty there are as i received invoices for things i would never purchase.

There is also the matter of Elders/Seniors/ A little on why this is important. It is, among the Niitsitapi and other First Nations, and Inuit, tradition that we as their descendants we care for our Elders until they go home to Apastoke (Creator). The Elders have given us warmth, taught us lessons, have passed on their wisdom, and they are keepers of our history. They have had hard lives surviving inhuman GENOCIDE policies that came from a combined group which includes monarchs, churches', business, and government. THEY ARE the backbone of First Nations Traditions and they are also Knowledge Keepers. It is only fair that we care for them daily. (all this is true).

The care and safety of MY/YOUR/OUR Elders or Seniors should be of high importance. Many are left alone and sadly are targets of online scams. (keeping MYOPI for 7 years in case of Fraud with no public oversight - scam or no?).

We are living in a time where AI seems to be making decisions for us... WITHOUT OR CONSENT. How many times have you opened the chat window and started chatting, then you realize 'whoa hold the mayo i'm, not talking to a human', A bot is now taking care of me... WHY? I Paid to play, the money goes to Human owners and hard working employees why then am I speaking to a BOT?

So questions...

do you agree?

do you think enough is enough?

do WE DESERVE OUR OWN COMBINED CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

Imagine asking for this with a united voice, it could be the start of humans acting like HUMANS by taking back control and ownership. Also imagine having YMO Terms and Conditions given to companies like Apple, Google Facebook... each who HAVE CONTROL US.

WELL?

Hello.

Many people are concerned about online security and whether their personal data is safe these days. Well, no wonder.

In general, if you are not ready to share your personal data with decent, fully licensed casinos, solely for the purpose of the KYC procedure, why take the step anyway?

Wouldn't it be better not to play in online casinos at all?

To be honest with you, I don't think the general public has any kind of ownership. Today is about making choices about whether you will undertake potential risk by paying for your purchases online, creating an account to use online services, and so on.

I agree that "speaking to the AI" is kind of a weird experience, though I would not say "the AI is making the decision". However, in my eyes, these bots are sort of the primary step or a tool to define what the human worker is about to deal with, and sometimes even the well-set-up boot may help you with rules or other details. It's another piece of technology developed to serve us and help us handle day-to-day routines easily, so the human mind may focus on more important tasks the AI is not ready to deal with, for instance.

Despite that, I think I understand your point, and these are actually turbulent times, challenging the public to ask themselves what is ahead of us with AI around each virtual corner. On the other hand, everything used properly brings advantages, and if this is the future, we will have to adapt eventually.

One way or another, I'm sure such an important topic will become more popular since AI's skills will more likely become more and more popular once this tech also becomes more accessible to various industry branches to be put to use on various occasions.

So, if you are not convinced this environment suits you anymore, I would try to find something in the real world. Gambling should be fun, not a daily stress trigger.

Yet I think the main point is more general, anyone's identity can be stolen; the online world erases our individuality. Well, that's why we should keep our eyes up when we're online, using a recommended set of precautions that helps us stay safer. Now, that I'm thinking of it, more or less the same principles we try to apply when finding new online casinos to play at.
