I think it's good that you don't delete such "advertising" from mattjakob78onTwitter and allow it to be discussed.

Mattjakob.. had no arguments ready and the "help and evidence" from a few other users, who are probably just aliases anyway..were not convincing either.

My conclusion: I already know many casino methods that are used to either delay or prevent the payout. (as Daniel also wrote)

Don't think there's a TECHNICAL way to fix this, unless someone is smart enough to hack the casino site and make a withdrawal without them noticing. Ich finde es gut, dass Sie solche „Werbung" von mattjakob78onTwitter nicht löschen und es zulassen darüber zu diskutieren.

Mattjakob.. hatte ja keine Argumente parat und die „Hilfe und Beweise" von ein paar andere User, die womöglich eh nur Aliases sind..waren auch nicht überzeugend.

Mein Fazit: ich kenne schon viele Casino-Methoden die angewendet werden entweder die Auszahlung zu verzögern oder zu verhindern. (so wie  Daniel auch schrieb)
