Hi, it's a shame that something like this is happening, but I'm not sure I can give a clear answer. I suppose the best thing to do would be to ask the casino and therefore the support what is going on. Maybe the game provider is having problems with this game, but that's just a guess from me. The best thing to do would be to find out directly from the source and hopefully you'll find out a little bit.
