this casino does not respect when u want to close your account they auto close it for a day when u ask them to permanently close it. and they keep baiting you with all kinds of free gifts and other tactics. I lost 575 euros and im from the Netherlands and they are not allowed to take my bets I found this out later I want my deposits back

I would like to give this 5 stars, but they are screwing me over by not allowing me to withdraw my money.

I deposited 150 dollars in BTC and won over 1200 dollars last week and I requested to withdraw it and they paid me in less than 12 hours. Well last night I deposited and could not win, so I requested to withdraw the remainder of what I had left and they are asking me for proof of KYC. They advertise "no KYC for cryptocurrency players", yet that is proving to be far from the case. It makes no sense after they paid out my much larger winnings a few days ago.

I like the site. The huge selection of games are good, but last night they were very laggy and just not enjoyable. It seems every time I found a good slot that was hitting, it was lagging crazy hard and would refresh after each win. Very aggravating.
