I was playing on this casino because of the great welcome bonuses. I maybe deposited £3000 and was having fun even though I lost £3000. but I ran outta bonuses so was depositing real cash over the next week or two and wen on a bit of roll got up to around 8000 euros so I decided to make a withdrawal. Maximum withdrawal was 1000 a day or 2500 a week.four days later I received an email withdrawal rejected because I broke terms and conditions of there bonuses apparently In the small print you can bet over £2 a spin or do bonus buys or play live games or casino games when you use there bonuses. Not only did they reject that withdrawal they all confiscated the 8000 in my account due to these breaches of terms and conditions and closed my account.
Why didn’t they inform me of they after my first deposit and close my account instead let me do more deposits. They quite happily let you lose and lose and breach every term and condition but once you win they use the rules to scam you from your winnings

- Support was a joke spammed me same email every time I made contact
