Be careful with this casino. I verified my account in the very begining, then i play a little in luckyreels, won about 3000PLN and requested withdraw. The next day i received an email that my account is not verified anymore and they need additional verification. I provided all the documents they wanted and next day i received email once again that i need to provide additional document so i did it.

For now thay have photos of:
- id
- passport
- bank statement
- deposit confirmation
- me holding my id
- me holding my id with piece of paper with some 4 numbers

And this is not enough for verification... The next day they requested video with requirments written below


Things you must perform in the video:

1. Say your full name, date of recording the video on the front camera, and that this video is dedicated to the additional verification process on our company's website.

I never saw something like this, and they definitely do this to not pay winnings so guys i advice you to stay away from this casino because if you will be depositing and losing money it will be ok, once you will try to withdraw everything will be complicated...
