I requested a withdrawal for the first time with RabbitWin, and after trying 3 times it became apparent that it wasn't going to work.

You can only withdraw 400 euros at a time and only with Mastercard. I tried 3 different MasterCards and even opened a virtual card as they suggested.

Apparently "technical issues" are preventing withdrawal however they couldn't elaborate on these nor could they provide a timeframe for this to be sorted.

Verification and deposit is very quick but what is the point if you can't withdraw.
