¡Qué puedo decir excepto qué Casino mafioso! Estoy muy enojado con este Casino. Aquí está mi reseña:
Al principio quedé satisfecho y aposté durante varios meses más de 24.000€, contando tanto ganancias como pérdidas. Mis ganancias fueron mucho mayores que las pérdidas durante aproximadamente el 90% de mi tiempo siendo cliente de Wildz. Hubo un tiempo en que mis ganancias fueron de 14.000€ y mis pérdidas de 2.000€.
Sin embargo, cuando mi ratio de ganancias y pérdidas se igualó y luego mis pérdidas aumentaron, es decir, la ratio de ganancias/pérdidas era cirka=12.000€/14.000€, de repente ninguna de mis tarjetas de crédito/débito registradas en Wildz, que había usado Ambos muchas veces, funcionó. Al principio sólo podía depositar y luego, al cabo de una hora, no podía retirar fondos. Me comuniqué con soporte en vivo y pregunté por qué mis tarjetas no funcionaban. El representante no pudo responder la pregunta excepto decir que no tenía idea de por qué. Se ofreció a comprobar mi cuenta y averiguar por qué. Mi respuesta fue por favor hazlo y que esperaría. Nada en esa sección de sus T&C respondió a mis preguntas sobre mis tarjetas que de repente no funcionan ni por qué me pedían que volviera a verificar tan pronto. Además, no podía entender por qué el representante seguía respondiéndome como si fuera nuevo y, por lo tanto, necesitara verificación.
Por lo tanto, procedí a pedirle una respuesta más específica. Se volvió grosero, señaló la sección de los términos y condiciones que había enviado, luego simplemente abandonó el chat y lo cerró. La misma respuesta... ni una sola respuesta a una sola pregunta, solo esa misma sección en sus T&C. El soporte por correo electrónico también me respondió como un cliente nuevo y la única respuesta además de sus términos y condiciones fue que todos los clientes deben verificar su identidad... eh duh... ¡¡hola!!
Después de esto decidí que nunca volvería a jugar allí y decidí cerrar mi cuenta. Ahora en ese momento había acumulado 75 giros gratis y tenía dinero real en mi cuenta. Abrí su sitio web y comencé a iniciar sesión... o más bien intenté iniciar sesión... pero rápidamente descubrí que no podía hacerlo, ya que Wildz me había bloqueado el acceso a mi cuenta sin previo aviso. ¡¡¡Así que incluso si hubiera querido o planeado enviar la información de reverificación nuevamente, no podría!!!
Todo esto sucedió aproximadamente en un período de 24 a 36 horas. Inmediatamente pregunté por correo electrónico cuál era el significado de bloquearme de mi cuenta. ¡Especialmente porque tenía dinero real en mi cuenta más 75FS! Además, ¿cómo diablos esperaban que me verificara nuevamente si ni siquiera podía iniciar sesión? No recibí respuesta del soporte excepto primero OTRA VEZ la misma sección de sus T&C y tratándome exactamente igual como si acabara de abrir una cuenta. . ¡Entonces solo respuestas automáticas!
Intenté enviar varios correos electrónicos más preguntando qué estaba pasando y exigí acceso a mi cuenta. Nunca me dieron respuesta ni motivo de nada de esto. Simplemente me bloqueó el acceso a mi cuenta y me robó el saldo restante y los 75fs.
Por eso les digo a todos los que estén considerando utilizar este Casino que tengan mucho cuidado. Nunca había tenido ningún problema con ellos y quedé satisfecho con su servicio, diseño web y juegos. Además, el Casino nunca había tenido ningún problema conmigo ni yo había roto ninguna regla ni había hecho algo mal. Todo pareció ir al infierno para mí tan pronto como mi índice de pérdidas llegó a alrededor de 14.000 € en comparación con mi índice de ganancias de alrededor de 12.000 €. Ese hecho es lo único que puedo señalar que fue diferente además de que de repente no pude usar mis tarjetas.
La única vez que volví a saber de ellos fue para responder a mi último correo electrónico, en el que solicitaba que me devolvieran mi dinero de inmediato. También que cierren mi cuenta por su comportamiento hacia mí y se queden con sus 75fs. Su respuesta no tenía nada que decir excepto que lo cerrarían. Nada sobre mi dinero o mis fs ganados.
Deseo reiterar aquí una vez más el hecho de que nunca, ni una sola vez, había violado una sola regla en sus T&C ni había intentado hacerlo.
Nunca me he encontrado con nada remotamente similar a esta experiencia. Tampoco podría haber imaginado jamás tal trato hacia un jugador muy leal y frecuente en un casino con la aparente alta puntuación de Wildz en Guru y su tamaño.
¡¡¡NO CONFÍES EN ESTE CASINO!!!
What can I say except what a mafia Casino! I'm so effen angry at this Casino. Here is my review:
At first I was satisfied and gambled for over 24.000€ during several months, counting both winnings and losses. My winnings were much higher than losses for cirka 90% of my time being a customer of Wildz. At one time my winnings were 14.000€ and my losses 2.000€
However, when my win to loss ratio had become even and then following that my losses increased, i.e. win/loss ratio was cirka=12.000€/14.000€, suddenly neither one of my registered credit/debit cards at Wildz, which I had used both many times, worked. At first I could only deposit and then within an hour I couldn't withdraw funds. I contacted live support and inquired as to why my cards did not work. The rep could not answer the question except to say that he had no idea why. He offered to check my account and find out why. My response was please do and that I would wait. When he came back he threw a section of the Casinos T&C's at me regarding verification and re-verification and said I needed to verify myself. This is a very important point as he did not say that I had to re-verify or verify myself again. Only that all customers must verify themselves. Spoke to me like I was a brand new customer and the answers all to that one point. No answer why my cards didn't work nor, when asked, why I needed to verify myself again so soon. Nothing in that section of their T&C answered my question(s) regarding my cards suddenly not working nor why they were asking me to re-verify so soon. Also I couldn't understand why the rep kept answering me like I was new and therefore needed verification.
I therefore proceeded to ask him for a more specific answer(s). He became rude, pointed to the section of their T&C that he had sent, then simply left the chat and closed it. Leaving me understandably frustrated but mostly confused and shocked by his attitude. I then send an email to support and asked them the same questions. Same response...not one answer to a single question, only that same section in their T&C. Email support also answered me like a new customer and the only reply besides their T&C was that all customers need to verify their identity.....eh duh...hello!!
I decided after this that I would never play there again and decided to close my account Now at the time I had accumulated 75 free spins and had real money in my account. I open their website and started to sign in....or rather tried to sign in....as I quickly found out that I was unable to do so, as Wildz had locked me out of my account without warning. So even if I had wanted or planned to send the re-verification information again I couldn't!!!
This all happened cirka within a 24 to 36 hour period. I immediately inquired by email as to what the meaning was of locking me out of my account. Especially since I had real money in my account plus 75FS! Also, how the hell they expected me to verify myself again if I couldn't even sign in. I received no response from support except first AGAIN the same section of their T&C and treating me exactly the same as if I had just opened an account. Then only automated replies!
I tried sending several more emails asking what was going on and demanded access to my account. They never gave me an answer or reason for any of this. Simply locked me out of my account and stole my remaining balance as well as the 75fs.
So I say to everyone here who is considering using this Casino to be very careful. I had never had an issue with them and had been satisfied with their service, web design and games. Also the Casino had never had an issue with me nor had I ever broken one rule or done something wrong. Everything seemed to go to hell for me as soon as my loss ratio had gone to around 14.000€ compared to my win ratio of around 12.000€. That fact is the only thing I can point to that was different besides suddenly not being able to use my cards..
The only time I heard from them again was to answer my final email, in which I requested my money be returned immediately. Also that they close my account due to their behavior towards me and keep their 75fs. Their response had nothing to say except that they would close it. Nothing about my money or my earned fs.
I wish to reiterate here once again, the fact that I had never, not once, broken a single rule in their T&C nor had I ever attempted to do so.
I have never ever encountered anything even remotely similar to this experience. Nor could I have ever even imagined such treatment of a very loyal and frequent gambler at a Casino with Wildz's apparent high score on Guru and their size.
