But I don't understand it!! They have a valid German license and bank accounts in Germany; why aren't these seized? And why does GGL allow these "gentlemen" to continue operating in Germany if they ignore court rulings? I myself have an enforceable judgment against Bayton and they don't pay either 😔

Ich verstehe das aber nicht!! Die haben eine gültige deutsche Lizenz und Bankkonten in Deutschland; warum werden diese nicht gepfändet? Und warum lässt GGL diese „Gentlemen" in Deutschland noch tätig sein wenn die gerichtliche Urteile ignorieren? Ich habe selber ein vollstreckbares Ueteil gegen Bayton und die zahlen auch nicht 😔

They don't say what they do with it... Quote: "We do not provide any information on ongoing administrative procedures"

And in my case the defendant party is Mr green ltd. In Germany, Mr Green is operated by 888

My lawyer has just offered me a settlement offer from Pokerstars. 25%. In my opinion, it would be absolutely stupid to accept this and it just confirms to me that it will be worth waiting because Pokerstars itself can see that the ice is getting thin and they want to save money.

What is your opinion?

Ich habe gerade durch meinen Anwalt ein Vergleichsangebot von Pokerstars angeboten bekommen. 25%. In meinen Augen wäre es absolut dumm dieses anzunehmen und bestätigt mir eher, dass sich warten lohnen wird, weil Pokerstars selbst sieht, dass langsam das Eis dünn wird und sie Geld sparen wollen.

Wie ist da eure Meinung?
