I spoke to my card provider and they advised basically just to submit further information which they will then pass MasterCard. Not heard back yet regarding any other transactions. No news is good news.

Hi. I'm looking for some help with kashia transactions.. it's out of the 120day chargeback window but I see you had luck getting refunds direct? If you could help would be great

FYI everyone, managed to finally raise the chargebacks with Monzo, all of them. I even forgot about that money. Basically i have sent them all the links from media and told them that I understand that previously they didn’t raise the disputes, however since Mastercard issued statements that they will tackle the issue if they dont raise them i will be reporting them to the ombudsman for negligence.
