Hello, how is it possible that your personal info has changed? Do you have any screenshot of before and after? What specifically has changed? You won't get the withdrawal until you pass the verification successfully so you'll have to wait for that.

After 90 hours I was finally verified, although it was strange at first. I registered with the correct information, but they changed my date of birth, but I was still verified and I thought I could cash out, but it keeps getting canceled and when I ask the reason in the chat, they ask me to send an email for the answer, but they never send anything back. On Monday I had already sent an email, it is now Friday, no response. The chat supposedly cannot do anything and asks to send an email to explain why my payout is not successful (I do not use a bonus).

And, yeah, usually the live chat doesn't know any details regarding withdrawals, and that is why it is always better to get to the support by email.

Surely let us know, though, if they reply to you, and if you feel that the whole thing isn't moving forward, our complaint team will surely try to look into it.

A mí me pasó exactamente lo mismo hace unos meses. Excusas todo el rato y las solicitudes de retiro se cancelan una y otra vez. Después de estar así un par de semanas, terminé perdiéndolo todo.

If they keep rejecting your withdrawal without giving you a reason and tell you to write to an email to which they don't reply, then definitely let them know and then I will probably recommend you to open a complaint. It may be true that they have a high volume of withdrawals, but it definitely shouldn't take long to know that you don't know anything about your money. 

So I will wait.
