Hello . I have to say that i never had any problems with withdrawals on all Gambling sites i used to play. But i have to say that i have had problems with withdrawal on BlueChip.

They sabotaged and cancelled my withdrawals few times in the beginning. It took a lot of days . Later they paided me off 3 withdrawals....and after that they started to cancel and sabotage my withdrawals without reason (SUPPORT Service agreed that there is no reason for cancelling my withdrawals because i have fullfilled all conditions and they sent my case to special department) ....i have been waiting for days and nothing have changed......i have to admit that i lost that money in the end .....ofc its my mistake , but its also result of their cancelling of my withdrawals.........


I dont know about other peoples experiences , but from my experience i want to advice other people to consider about playing here.

Hi, this is definitely not the best way to obtain players I would say. If the casino had no reason to reject your withdrawals I don't know why they did it, but I guess we won't find out now that I see you lost the money in the end. I would say that whenever you get into a similar situation, feel free to write sooner if you don't know what to do and the casino won't let you withdraw your money without giving a reason, we'll try to look into it and possibly help you if we can. 

I'm sorry it turned out this way, I wish something could have been done about it in advance and the casino would have communicated with you normally. Maybe something like this wouldn't have happened. That's how they lost a player. 🙁

Hello, did the casino tell you why your account is blocked ? It is important to know the reason so that's why I'm asking. Could you please tell me something more that I could grasp and therefore how did you get into this situation ? Did you play with any bonuses ?

I found this under 10.1. So the casino didn't tell you specifically what you violated, yes ? Do you have any guesses as to what it might have been ? Do you happen to have anyone in your area who also has an account at this casino ? 

If you don't think you have broken anything and you don't know how to get out of this situation, then you can file a complaint with us and our team will investigate everything and see where it goes.
