Just a quick question, I made an account with Cashimashi last Thursday, was verified on Friday and over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) I requested several withdrawals. Their terms and conditions state these will be processed within 2 business days. I contacted them through live chat and now they claim they're awaiting Game Provider verification which could take upto 3 days, when all I played was the live casino. I thought game providers only ever had something to do with withdrawals if you won their big jackpot or something? Has anyone else had this happen at Cashimashi casino?

Hi, as long as the casino verifies your winnings with the provider, I wouldn't see anything wrong with it yet. Especially if they tell you an estimate of how long it should take, which I think is also good, and that the casino is communicating with you. Try to be patient in this case and when you get an answer from the casino at what stage your withdrawals are, let us know for sure.

I must say I'm fairly impressed with Cashimashi. As stated, I requested the withdrawals Friday through Sunday and I got it withdrawn to my mifinity account on Tuesday afternoon. They even told me they'd be paying out my outstanding withdrawal requests today. If they manage to do that, I'll be really impressed and definitely leave a good review (though this is sounding like a good review already haha)

Regarding the fact that you were slightly worried, don't worry about it. Sometimes that's just the way it is and you can't help it, but the best advice is always to be patient for a while because things can work out in time, as they did in your case.

I think so. They haven't paid out my second batch of withdrawals yet, but that was because I had reached the weekly limit, so that should happen today or tomorrow.


The support staff is very friendly. The games are good, but I only play live games anyway. And once they pay out, it's in my account immediately which is great!

I haven't received my withdrawals yet, which means they're not keeping to their own terms and conditions, claiming they're still waiting for verification from the game provider, even though it's the same game provider I played with last time.. I've also never heard of other casinos not paying out because the game provider has to verify something. Hopefully the withdrawals clear soon. I'll keep you updated.

If the game provider checks something when you win, you don't have to worry right away. If your gameplay passes all the checks, I'm sure you'll get your money. It's not unusual for a casino to do this, so try to be patient and when the casino has an update, they'll probably give it to you.

The customer support person I spoke to yesterday misspoke, as they said this afternoon:


'There are currently outstanding Winning Verification from the game provider. Unfortunately this can take up some days currently. The Withdrawl will be processed once we got the winning verification. '


Some days is fine, but the withdrawals were requested Thursday the 15th.. Also been trying to reach them on live chat the entire evening today, but they're not available, it seems. I'm the only one in queue and after 15 minutes of waiting it tells me 'There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.' Guess they all went home early.

As for your comments, on the one hand I understand if a player is in that situation and has almost no information about anything. On the other hand, when something is checked by the provider, it can take some time and until it is concluded, the casino has nothing to tell you. So I recommend to be patient and keep a cool head in such cases. 

Nevertheless, the important thing is, as you said, that everything was resolved in the end.
