No, they didn't give me any reason yet. Last Friday the agent "eva" said it would be dealt with after the weekend. Tuesday i wrote a mail to the support and got an email from them today, saying this :

"Dear Prilipp, 

Your payout has been successfully completed.

Best regards

Your customer service team

Cocoa Casino, cocoacasino.com"


Now i logged in into the website, looked at the cashier and still "in progress" and available to stop the withdrawal.


talked to the chat again, another agent told me she can see its still in progress, she would tell it to her managers and apologized for the delay, thats all she could do for now and her manager would contact me with an update.

I understand and therefore I recommended the complaint since it has been going on for quite a long time I would say. 

However, after this email, will your course of action still be to wait for the situation to develop further and therefore for a reply from the manager ? Or are you going to go ahead and file a complaint ?

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS - SHORTLY AFTER I SIGNED UP - I WENT TO LOOK AT PROMOTIONS AND WAS INUNDATED WITH HOW TO GET MORE BONUSES - UPWARDS OF 24K - I KNEW SOMETHING WAS UP. THEN I GET A GUY NAMED MARK GOLDBERG CALLING ME. ALL THESE EMAILS FILLED WITH LIES ABOUT INSURANCE AND CASH BACK - YUP - NOT TRUE - THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS - THEY LIE - THEY CHEAT - THEY STEAL - I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE ALL THE EMAILS.

Hello, so what was the problem in the casino for you please ? I see you mention bonuses but I'm not sure what specifically is going on. Is the issue that they offer them up to such a high amount of 24k ? I'm sorry if I misunderstood but you can explain it to me.

When I logged on for the first time - Just looking around. I went to check deposit options and an agent just popped up on my screen in chat (little uncomfortable) - I was then traded off between agents. Ariana offered that if I deposited 750 BTC my account would have 2k in it with 0x play through, plus a variety of other things at one point she stated over 24k in bonuses. Then later on I get a call from Mark Goldberg. Ill attach a screenshot - multiple time he offers the same thing "insurance" - However, he doesn't say anything about the terms and conditions. All I had to do was give them his code. I did. So when I reach out about the cashback - Im told because I used a bonus - it wasn't available. Now - you look at the screenshot and tell me what you would believe. I used Zelle my first deposit so I can understand not getting cashback as it is a crypto offer. However when I used crypto ........ Then Im pissed. These people lie. They don't respond it's been 4 days since reaching out to them - I actually went to Rival and dropped a note. I play at DuckyLuck (Golden Goose) and never have I experienced such "Sales" tactics. It was extremely crazy - and the worst part - they just want to brush you off. Cocoa/True Fortune/etc - all the same place - Ariana has been at 3 Ive checked out. It's truthfully awful. See the screenshots. Tell me what you would believe

Seems to me really suspicious, to tell you the truth, when reading the whole post you have written. Have you actually communicate thru an official email address of the casino with someone to ask about all these offers, just to make sure it is legitimate?

You have done the right think to submit a complaint here with our team, and let's hope they will be able to help out, even though I am not very sure about it, when looking at this:
