Regarding the limit you describe, did you ask the live chat why they have something different written in the Terms than what they apply to you?

Thank you for your answer, of course. Could you please take a screenshot for me when you want to submit the review? Please try using a different browser or clearing your cookies and we'll see if that helps or not at all. There shouldn't be any problem with the casino not showing up, but I want to be sure exactly what it's throwing up. 

As for the limit problem, I agree that if the casino said they got it wrong or explained it wrong, it falls on them and not on the players. If they want to have a lower limit then it would be a good idea to change it in the terms.

I'd probably focus on the complaint and your withdrawals first. That will probably be the most important thing for the whole case.

As for the tournaments, it's quite strange that they can't give you a clear answer, so if you don't see the standings anywhere, then they should be able to. But we can't penalize the casino for such things and since the casino representative is also active here on the forum, maybe it would be a good idea to use the "reply" button to reply to some of their posts and maybe they will be able to clarify it for you here on the forum. If not, I hope it will at least go through the complaint process and things will eventually be resolved.

However, we will have to wait for some time for that.
