Complete identity scam and a money grab, BE AWARE that what ever you deposit you must spend before cashing out (without any bonuses) I had to upload about a dozen documents while holding them to my face. After a lot of hassle I just said I will take my money back out,,,NO they said, you must bet it all before cashing out, What a fucking joke.

Although I hate to disagree, the casino actually has the right to request that you forego the video call even though your verification was previously successful. Because it is their responsibility to be 100% sure. I completely understand that in these situations it seems like a waste of time, but what would the casino think if you declined to pass it?
