Complete identity scam and a money grab, BE AWARE that what ever you deposit you must spend before cashing out (without any bonuses) I had to upload about a dozen documents while holding them to my face. After a lot of hassle I just said I will take my money back out,,,NO they said, you must bet it all before cashing out, What a fucking joke.

Although I hate to disagree, the casino actually has the right to request that you forego the video call even though your verification was previously successful.
