Finally got through the verification process, which wasn't too easy, but they came through. No I'm waiting on my withdrawal, which I'm pretty worried about having had casino guru helping me with the verificationSwipe process. Has already been a day, just hoping I don't get black balled. Lol The lady Rep that helped from the casino did a fast and excellent job getting my verification issues worked out. Wish she could help me with the withdrawal process as well! Would like to go back to casino if everything works out! 🤞🤞

I asked El Royale for some assistance in helping meet with my withdrawal request.


I spoke to their live chat yesterday and the gentleman said it was paid, but nothing has come through. Could you please help me find out from them if everything was ok. I will attach the live chat.

I'm really counting on you this withdrawal. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated!

Allow Natalia to reflect on your complaint, I can see that even the casino responded earlier, so I think that this issue can be resolved.

How will they know about the issue? I'm not concerned something is wrong because the chat support gentleman said it is paid, but I I have not received anything. Can they see I've reached out to them?

Well, I'd say that if support says "paid" and you have not received anything, it's worth asking.

You've already shared this information through your complaint, it will be checked by Natalia soon.

Hello.. Had a there been any response from Natalia??

I still haven't received my payment.

I wouldn't be making a big deal out of it.. BUT I have received an email from their banking account AND spoken to the their live chat and they both say it has been SENT. I'm afraid something is wrong because it doesn't take 5 or 6 hours to receive a bitcoin transfer.


I'm hoping to get a transaction ID number so I I can trace it. Just don't want this getting lost or something else that will delay it.


ANY response would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for bothering everyone again!

11 hours since I received confirmation of payment and an email from you their banking department saying the funds were sent. Still nothing deposited. I have posted on here 2or 3 times this morning with the note reply??

One person says i should have the funds. One says 24 hrs.. Which is a long time for a bitcoin transfer.


I asked for the Transaction ID number and nobody has replied.. Again!


I don't know what else to do? They're the ones that said it was on the the way.

it's normal that bank transfer takes up to several days. Just wait a bit this method is not an instant one.

I'd say that you should wait a bit, it took 5 days if I'm correct, to proceed with bitcoin payment.

Is anyone else having issues making any bitcoin deposits at El Royale or any of it's sister sites? They say they're updating their crypto banking, but it's been like this for days. It's got me wondering if it's a sign of something...like when a business starts getting their accounts shut down...
