I haven't been given a reason. The live agent says he has no access to the process. I had previously sent in documents and the agent keeps telling me stories. I have been waiting for this since the 30th of May, and this is a crypto withdrawal. The amount of money is €136 and according to their terms all withdrawals under €1000 re processed in 72 hours and the agent previously stated that they process withdrawals on the weekend as well. So I'm very frustrated.

After a lot of pressure they finally processed my withdrawal. I still advise people to be very careful. No explanation was given as to the delay, just an email saying sorry (with typos) was given. This looks like a very amateurish website and it should have a lower rating frankly.

It's great that you finally got the money, but I can see the price. I guess you have decided that you are not going to continue down this road and I don't blame you at all. It's nice to know accurate information and especially when it comes to verification or withdrawal. The fact that you got a different one every day doesn't add much to the credibility.
