I have also a problem with these bookmaker, I have a bonus of 165 euro and i play  I activated a bonus of 165 euros which I played on the casino I had 1 euros left. Obviously I am going to deposit money I have deposited 550 euros, I tried to play they dont let me play and explained me that 550 euros are for bonus amount not my own deposit. I can not withdraw the amout and i can not play.

I deposited multiple times with this casino and was fully verified..I got a 10 pound bonus which stated that your max win from it to withdraw could be 5x that so 50 pounds.. with other providers once the required bonus requirements have vdb reached out c would revert your balance to the 50 so I presume this had happened.. the casino then let me wager what I thought was my money up to a point where I withdrew 800.


This is where the problems start.. they messages asking for picture of deposit card which I comply.. then I get a mail saying

So instead of reverting the bonus to 50 and letting me carry on they have let me build up a balance that is essentially useless due to the fact I can never withdraw it..it seemingly never becomes my money.


Is this practice right.. it feels deceitful


Edit: having spoken up live chat they have said it is not their responsibility to do that I should have been aware and realised even though my balance said more and I could play with it only 50 of it would ever be mine.. surely the easy thing is to implement a system which once the bonus is over reverts you to your max win from that.. they you can play and earn more

As for the bonus, it's a shame it turned out this way. It would be nice if it was somehow addressed, but apparently it's not.

Hey. Does that mean you see the deposit you made as a bonus balance ? Did you try to contact support to see if there was an error or why it happened ? 

Anyway, I see that you have filed a complaint so we will see what our team can resolve as well. I strongly believe that everything will be resolved eventually.

As for your problem, it doesn't seem logical to me, although I understand what the casino told you. Wasn't it possible to cancel the bonus before you deposited? 

Anyway, in this case you will probably be more cautious when you deposit in a casino where you have not yet fulfilled the bonus conditions and ask the chat if your deposit will count towards the bonus or not.

However, I was wondering if I've come across a similar case before and if it would be possible to ask the bank that your money came to if it's acceptable for them to contact the person you sent the money to. The person could then contact you, but it is not that person's responsibility. At least not here. 

That is my recommendation as to what you could do.

And of course you should always double check all such details before you request a withdrawal to make sure something similar doesn't happen. I hope you can sort it out.

Mi deposito nunca llego a mi cuenta del casino, envía vía mercadopago. Hice varios depósitos semanas anteriores sin problemas y máximo 20min, pero en mi último deposito llevo más de 12hs y el dinero salio de mercadopago. Alguna respuesta o solución?

To be honest, there is not much we can do immediately. On the other hand, you can check with Mercadopago to 

make sure the money actually left your account or wallet before 

requesting an explanation from the casino's support team. I know that is disappointing, but sometimes it just happens.


Please keep us informed. If the worst happens, you can always file a complaint, but I would advise holding off for

at least a few business days.

Buenas, gracias por responder, pasaron ya más de 24hs, soporte del casino solo dice, espere.... pero cuanto tiempo más? El dinero fue descontado de mi saldo de mercadopago y tengo comprobante, número de la transferencia, etc.

Realmente estoy decepcionado, nadie eleva mi queja o me brinda una información precisa.

Gracias por tus palabras y por tomarte el tiempo de responder, pero cuanto tiempo más voy a esperar? Paso demasiado tiempo y compartir el comprobante de transferencia con sus detalles respectivos, podrían revisar y dar una solución, pero nada. Su suporte al cliente solo sabe responder que espere. Realmente una mala experiencia.
