I'd say the casino can't "give money back" before the money reaches their account.

Have you heard that each transaction takes some time to pass through? When most casinos prefer to lend the amount to their customers in advance to allow them to play immediately, it seems this is an exception.

Lo único que me an dicho es que están investigando pero Ya va Casi una semana y no me an dado respuesta ni siquiera un mensaje en el correo electrónico nada solo que está en investigación me dijeron nada más le pase el comprobante todo con la hora fecha y ala cuenta que fue el depósito pero siguen investigando

However, did they also tell you why they extending your withdrawal ? I assume that with such a high win, checks are made with the provider as well, so it's good to have screenshots and proof if it's needed. But obviously it will take some time, although I would expect the casino to at least tell you what's going on at the moment. 

If you had any news would you let me know ? I'm quite interested to see how it all turns out.

Hello. You should try to talk to the customer support of the casino, if you are not sure how to withdraw the money. There should be a tab in your account, where you ca actually request one, though.

Hi, it is not wise to use other people's documents, cards or anything similar. Because when you want to verify yourself it can cause problems like you have now and casino can close your account. Everything has to be in your name so that the casino doesn't suspect you.

However, you told them that your friend deposited into your account and what exactly do you have to verify now? The best thing to do is to inform them.
