Yes very weird, they have paid the 700 back as well that arrive yesterday. They still haven’t got any evidence of multi accounting either quite annoying. I had 5700 pending withdrawal.

it's probably because we gave the Pulp Casino some time to join the complaint and they have almost 6 hours left to do so.

Maybe we have already received some information which needs to be checked.

We shall see soon.

I spoke to them yesterday and they said they will doubt check there information again but this means nothing, it’s always we will email you later etc and never get anything.Hope you can get involved and sort this

It's positive that the last few complaints regarding any delayed payment were closed as resolved.

I would wait a bit, if they cooperate there's a good chance we could help.

They’ve closed my account I don’t have any hope of them sorting it out unless someone else gets involved to help

I have just spoke to them again and they can’t provide with me any evidence of multi accounting. They have paid me the 700 back and like someone else said that’s weird. So they owe me 5000 still

So even as they just accused you of something theoretical at this point because they can't provide any proof, it's still a solution to pay you back your deposit instead of paying the winnings...

Be assured that we certainly demanded any clues or proof as well.

I think it's going to be very difficult for our complaint team to talk to the casino considering their bad reputation. As I said, it's really strange they refunded the deposits if they believe you have multiple accounts and have evidence about it. In that case, they would have no reason for refunding the deposits.

It would be best to wait for the casino's response I'd say. We definitely need to learn their point of view and more importantly their pieces of evidence.

Hello,

I believe we have or we are going to. It's a standard procedure especially if the casino accuses players of creating multiple accounts.

It's time-consuming with the Pulp Casino it seems 🙁.

Hi, I’ve been waiting 4 days to get my account verified. I’ve emailed Pulp Casino chasing verification and to date had no reply.

I’ve won nearly £2k and after reading these reviews don’t believe I will being seeing a penny of it! STAY AWAY!!!!

I'd say that 4 days are not so much in this case. Frankly, you are correct that Pulp Casino is not a pretty good choice for now.

What about live chat? I can imagine it is not a big help either, am I correct?

You can always submit a complaint so the others will see how things work there at least if we would not be able to help.

Thanks for your response. I will wait a few more days to see if I get verified - I think I’m going to have to swallow the loss (£2,500)….

I will send a complaint and see if I can get my deposited money back?

If the casino responds to another ongoing complaint it would probably have some sense to submit a complaint of your own, if not - well it would not look much good for you as well, I'm afraid...
