I won $4100 Thursday morning & Saturday it showed the transaction as being completed on their end, haven't yet received funds yet has its been 4 days already.

Also when you say "completed on their end", do I understand it correctly, that they have actually sent the money to your account, yes? Just let me kindly point out that the approval happened during the weekend, and usually the casinos, as well as the banks, do not process any payments. In this case try to be little bit patient, usually we give casinos 14 days to proceed the withdrawal requests, could you do that 🙏? You can always check with he support of the casino and even with your bank or your payment provider to make sure everything is ok.

I have a question. I found this on the Overview page:

I looked at their Terms and Conditions and didn't see anything out of the ordinary, but perhaps it was this:
"13. The Player is not allowed to use any strategies while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfil the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings."
It's quite a vague term isn't it 😛
Anyway perhaps there was something else I missed and would love a clarification as to why you have this warning.
Whilst I am here I also wanted to point out that they don't mention a max bet size while wagering the bonus. Which is odd.
And one last thing. The wagering terms of only 30x the bonus amount seems to be one of the fairest available from casinos these days.

So I made a $60 deposit with a 50% bonus. Very first bonus I hit on a 30 cent bet:
Completed the wagering with $6069. Withdrew on Sunday night, in my bank account Tuesday afternoon.

No, my complaint is with royal reels, not rocking reels.

I can't say if my withdrawal is pending Because there is no sign of it in any of my transaction history. Although when I did collect, it said it was successfully withdrawn and this was the 25th of May.
So I don't know if it's been complete pending.
