Hola, me paso que me pidieron llamada por skype para verificar la cuenta, respondi todo bien y la señorita dice todo bien espere 1 dia un mail, pasaron 3 dias y me cerraron la cuenta por no pasar la verificación y me dieron solo lo que deposite...no se si se pueda hacer algo...

Hola...lo que me dijeron es que no pase la verificación, siendo que por skype me dijeron que estaba bien, solo me llamo la atención que en la ultima pregunta me dijeron si apostaba casino o deportes, yo respondi solo deporte, ya la señorita me volvio a preguntar y le dije si solo deporte, siendo que nunca aposte en casino, me parecio extraño, me contacte con otro chico y dijo lo mismo, no dejan pasar la verificación por skype para no pagar, tenia 210$ y me devolvieron 60$ aprox. No dicen nada mas, y estoy segura que mis respuestas fueron correctas...creo que hay manipulación para cerrar y no pagar...

Pesimo casino, alejate de el.

He jugado en mas de 30 casas de apuestas diferentes y en ninguna he tenido problemas con el kyc.

En esta casa de apuestas llevo mas de un mes intentando verificar mi cuenta, me pidieron un comprobante de direccion el cual envie y fue ACEPTADO sin embargo me pidieron otro comprobante de direccion adicional jaja que chiste.

Sin duda alguna tambien habran problemas con los retiros.

Hello, I checked your complaint and the address document which was blurry according to the casino. You sent again a new photo of better quality although I would probably close it up more to see it better and sharpen it more. 

Therefore, we will have to wait for the casino's reply and see if it will be sufficient or you will have to take a new one. I hope you will be able to do it so you can get your money out.

Spinbookie straight up took over 800$ from my account, saying I broke their terms of service. I have read it trough and can't find a single answer for why this is. They also wont verify my account and I have waited weeks. I want to get my money

Hello, is this the email the casino sent you explaining what you did ? I saw there some bonus abuse, forged documents for verification, possibly using some third party tools. These are pretty serious things, so the casino described quite a lot, although more in a general way. 

Are you aware of any of this or not ?

Anyway, if you think you did nothing wrong and you didn't break any rules, I would definitely recommend to file a complaint where a team will investigate us and see what they come up with.
