I wonder , how easily they operate from one website to other or rebrand themselves with no fear and no one taking any action against these criminals. Where and when their business will end and will they enjoy looting and robbing people for life time, will they never go behind the bars???

I feel that they will continue to work as long as they make a profit, because there are still players who play in such casinos without having checked anything about it. From what I can see, so far many cases have ended the same way and so far no one has bragged about getting money. Complaints are closed because the casino does not respond but the players do not receive the money yet. I would like to see this change, but I am of the opinion that it probably won't happen. 😥

I don’t understand why some people claim to have been paid and others not though. There was somebody on trustpilot who was paid £1000 and only waited 25 days. Also I don’t understand why they don’t just close my account if they’re not going to pay?

Well, it's possible that it's probably because not every player has to have the same experience. Maybe on Trustpilot it would be good to ask if he has some proof, but I just thought of that, because at least the other players would be sure that it really happened and he got the money. 

Regarding your account, they have no reason to close it even if they had the intention not to cash you out, because I think the casinos believe that players can come back and deposit again after some time. That's just my thoughts. 🤔

Just an update I spoke to them on live chat again today and they told me that they had received a large amount of withdrawals and had no staff to check them. I think that’s lies but they also said that all issues are now fixed and withdrawals will be paid very soon. Time will tell I guess.

I was paid out at the beginning of December within hours - big shock! But a similar amount a few weeks later is still waiting- December 22 requested- now into February and same old excuses.

I was paid at the start of December but then by the end of December, a second withdrawal attempt is still awaiting now. (Feb 13). I am at the end of my rope now.

I have had the same response, at least their lies are consistent.

I’ve also had lots of apologies and admissions that they are not acting professionally but still no money.

I go on the live chat every day and although I am always in tears by the end of it, I am back on the next day. I think that we need to keep the pressure on them and while I am dubious about ever receiving any money, I want to make them as uncomfortable as possible.

If this lack of staff bull is correct, how come I received my withdrawal on the 4th of December ?( within hours of requesting it). I was so shocked, I continued to play there thinking that this would happen every time.

What a mistake that turned out to be!

Just 3 weeks later I requested another withdrawal and nothing.
