It’s nonsense. Their KYC process will never end. Just today I went to verification page and it seems like they are asking for more documents. Only issue is that the form doesn’t show up. But I know that they are asking for more because there’s a red badge with a number 1. Also my account is still restricted and cannot make withdrawals

Buenas tardes, yo algo mas de lo mismo, quisiera exponer que intento retirar el dinero y me lo cancelan ellos, cuando intento acceder al centro de ayuda, no accede, solo hablo con ellos por mail y no me contestan asiduamente.


Quisera saber si hay mas usuarios de este casino ya que a mi no me han pedido documentos para verificar mi cuenta y me dicen que no es necesario.


Alguien ha tenido experiencias parecidas?

Hi thanks for reply, the withdrawal is only 200 via my bank card I’ve also done an additional 50 pounds via crypto in the chance that would come through quicker, they have not asked for additional information and ensured my funds are safe and they are currently processing a high amount of transfers but I just feel it’s an unusually long amount of time to take fingers crossed that is the case and I can start withdrawing funds
